that led to this arrest. good morning. >> it's all thanks to images that were on this young woman's cell phone. now she is behind bars facing two very serious charges. ten of 16 weapons stolen from a worcester armory have been recovered and a second person is in police custody. police say 26-year-old ashley bigsby took this picture on her cell phone of one of the stolen assault rifles. former army reservist, james moralless was arrested for the original theft back in november. police say this is him on vary lance video loading the high powered weapons into his car. ashley bigsby spoke with fbi agents, but denied knowledge of the theft. a warrant to search her cell phone revealed these pictures were taken at this page street home in dorchester. police found the red chef place mats seen in the picture at that address, but it's unclear

we tried to speak with someone at that home monday night, but no one came to the door. bigsby could be facing ten years in prison. she is charged with lying to investigators and unlawful possession of the assault rifle. bigsby is being held by u.s. marshals until her next hearing on thursday. six pistols stolen from that armory are still missing and the fbi is offering a $15,000 reward for their recovery. live in the satellite center, wbz this morning. >> boston marathon bomber's case returns to federal court today. his attorneys want half of his convictions thrown out. a closer look at the argument, good morning, bri. >> lawyers are hoping a new supreme court ruling can help convince judge george o'tuel to grand a new trial. the defense team says the ruling requires 15 of his convictions be tossed out. they say those 15 counts likely

to impose the death penalty on other counts and therefore they think tsarnaev should get another chance. tsarnaev himself is at a super max prison in colorado and will not be present for the court hearing today. jahar and his brother tamerlan planted bombs in 2013 and killed four people. some of the crimes he is convicted of are being called into question because in june, the supreme court struck down that law. over the definition of a crime of violence saying that the definition was unconstitutionally vague. still on the table as well as this, tsarnaev should get a new trial because jurors could not be impartial. the gunnel denied that request before. as if that's not already a lot to cover, prosecutors will argue their motion ordering tsarnaev to pay restitution to the victims. judge o'tuel is not someone who rushes into or makes decisions immediately. it could be weeks before we know his decision on all of

president obama met with the turkish president this morning. turkey is a nato ally. the u.s. is very interested in accelerating its military relationship withwith turkey. >> a man charged with killing a police officer and two others at planned parenthood clinic in colorado could face more charges. robert lewis dear made a brief court appearance yesterday where first-degree murder charges were filed against him. on friday, dear allegedly shot two people who were escorting friends to the clinic and a police officer. garrett swasey, who grew up in melrose. the funeral for officer swasey will be held friday in colorado. a close call for two women and two children. take a look at this security video. it was outside of f a a fire captain's home. the car slows down, it it was rear ended by a truck. luckily the group was okay. >> 6:19 right now. dozens of cats are up for

special access to the blue hills reservation. but here's something really authorities also want them to be on the lookout for any sign of a missing man. 37-year-old, james robertson also known as jamie disappeared from his parents avon home back in january of 2014. he left with men claiming to serve him with a court order to test. he is presumed dead, but his body has never been discovered. but perhaps, hunters can also be on the lookout here. >> hunters go to areas where the general public is not, which is more likely an area where you might find a body. >> all right, taking another live look here, this is the first time hunters have had access to the special area in about 120 years. and the d.a. does acknowledge it may seem

but he says you never know what you may find. clothing or perhaps remains. nicole jacobs. >> a dorchester woman charged with having an assault rifle. this is the second arrest in connection with the theft of high powered weapons from a worcester armory. six weapons are still missing. susie is live in our satellite center with a reward being offered by the fbi. good morning. >> the reward for any of the six weapons still missing is $15,000. as you said, police were able to make a second arrest and they also were able to track down one of the missing weapons in our area. 26-year-old ashley bigsby is the second person to be arrested in the worcester armory theft. she's charged with lying to investigators and unlawful possession of that rifle. police say that she took a picture holding the rifle at this page street home in dorchester. they say it was her unique hand

the rifle was picked up by police, but they won't say publicly where they found it. police do believe that bigby knew james morales, the man who was arrested last month. he's a former army reservist being held on multiple charges. as for bigby, she is being held by u.s. marshals until her next hearing on thursday and she prison. live in the satellite center, susie, wbz this morning. thank you very much. police investigating a shooting outside a roxbery high school. one teen shot in the hand is expected to be okay. the two teens involved knew each other. the shooting forced three other schools into lockdown. a boston hospital where so many shooting victims are treated is trying to stop the cycle of violence. boston medical center developed add violence intervention advocacy program.

day dedicated to giving back. the movement is getting a huge push on social media this year. adrian who lost a leg in the boston marathon bombings is hoping giving tuesday gives her favorite charity a boost. >> adrian dreamed of becoming a professional dancer. when she lost her leg in the marathon bombing, at first, she thought her dreams were gone with it. >> giving someone a prosthetic is giving them back control of their life. >> now she channels her energy as a spokesperson for limbs for life, a nonprofit organization that gives amputees a second chance to fulfill their dreams. >> it's a global movement that it impacts individual charities like limbs for life, the amputees we serve, literally, they get a limb because someone donated them. >> december 1, marks giving tuesday. a day encouraging people to donate to charities and causes they believe in.
