they want the cab driver's wallet so they shoot him twice in the head. here's the deal, they took the cab after they dumped the body and in that cab was a video camera rolling. 18 years old and police say alex mills brutally killed a cab driver. >> a very disturbing case, a pointless loss of life. very disturbing. >> reporter: this is the 66- year-old, a vietnam vet. a guy well known for his community service. he drove a cab part-time and he picked up the 18-year-old and the 16-year-old and drove them to the park. after shooting the driver twice in the head and dumping his body, mills allegedly stole the rolling.

tons of freezing rain. the speed limit sign got warter and this is like -- warmer and this is like a mold. pretty bizarre. we thought we would share it with you. there's some rain out there. look how huge this is from the moisture in the midwest all the way down to texas and into the pacific which is kind of a set up you would expect in an el nino year. the storminess working its way up into new england. the pink shading on the radar tonight, that's freezing rain. there have been some spots of it mainly in northern concord. if you are seeing any in new hampshire, send in a report. we haven't had any today which is good news. we want to keep an eye on it as we head through the evening. heavier rainfall around new bedford heading toward the

along route 6 and it looks like the sandwich area heading eastbound. you are looking at heavier rainfall on 28. some of the drearly nights outside: it's wet, cold, temperature ins the 40s. northwest of boston, this is a classic map. all of a sudden you are in the 30s, just a couple of degrees above freezing and the overnight temperatures are about what we are seeing right now. we may see a drop of a degree or so, be careful, there could be a few pockets of freezing drizzle and the advisories have been extended. let's look at the time line. the rain is moving through. a little bit of a low tomorrow tornado warning with mist. it doesn't look like steady rain out the door. it's a day we are socked into a clouds.
