good morning, it's nice and early, i'm chris mckinnon. and i'm bree sison. danielle niles is here with us after a fabulous weekend. by december standards, it doesn't get much better than this. and we are in for another nice day today. this morning it is 40 degrees, dewpoint is 34. wind from the southwest. 157 miles per hour. we have a touch of fog in a couple spots, just be aware that, and where there is fog there may be a touch of black ice with it as well where the temperatures are at or below freezing, 27 at norwood. we are in the 40s more active wind own the cape and islands. satellite shows there is clouds in places, and most of these are going to be departing morning.

court, he was arrested on friday. boston police say he ran away after placing a suitcase next to a homeland security vehicle on atlantic avenue. swat team investigated the bomb squad blew up the suitcase and it was harmless. chemical remains from a wooster cemetery, police day amador amino, stole remains from the cemetery. he sold the bones for medicinal purposes. he will face a fugitive from justice charge today that seeks to bring him back to wooster. new this morning police investigating a serious motorcycle crash in dorchester, the accident happened on gallavin boulevard, the motorcyclist was injured, no word on the drive ear's condition.

deliberations in the philip chism case on friday. dr. richard dudley spent hours about his mental state, he believed the teen suffered a psychotic break when he killed his teacher. three men are due in court today in a deadly shooting in south boston, saturday night officers responded to reports of a person shot on old colony avenue. police say a car sped away from the scene. short time later police found the vehicle and arrested the suspects. officers say they also recovered a firearm. the an anonymous tip officer could be the same person making threats, that is what cambridge police told a packed meeting last night. three e-mail threats of violence were made against cambridge schools last week, police upped patrols and there

today is the 74 anniversary of the attack on pearl harbor, killed. a service will take place on the usscasson young. the surprise attack by japan on the u.s. naval basin hawaii killed 2400 americans and spurred us into world war ii. investigators are trying to figure out what sparked this deadly fire that took the lives of four people in lynn. they want anyone who took video of friday's fire on bruce place to contact them, the three family home was severely damaged. the four victims were members of one family, sonia cruz, and nephew rudolfho.
