>> i am david wade. the chipotle is closed as officials investigate.>> reporter: david, right now, we're talking about 30 people being sick only at boston college. the real total might be higher because this is a busy restaurant serving people all day long.>> it is scary. >> reporter: the chipotle at cleveland circle is closed but still very busy. workers are cleaning the entire restaurant after 30 boston college students got sick eating there.>> my friend said when she walked out there were 10 people in the waiting room throwing up into buckets.>> reporter: at least one be uses to -- student says she got sick, too.>> i got really sick yesterday. it was the first on my left my house. i was wondering what was happening.>> reporter: it is

an e. coli outbreak linked to chipotle's and nine other states. the source is not been identified. >> it has also -- can also be passed from person to person. you want to wash your hands others. >> reporter: a chipotle spokesman says, the safety and well-being of our customers is our highest priority. we have no evidence to suggest this is related to the previous e. coli incident.>> it's scary. reporter: the department of public health will be working to confirm if these sick people really do have e. coli. in the meantime, if you have any of these symptoms, your urged to go to the doctor. jim smith, wbz news. the nationwide e. coli scare night, 48 million.

breaking news at 11 clock out of sturbridge, a fire at a barn on river road. the pictures dramatic. four towns are responding to the fire right now. river road shut down, no word yet on whether or not there was anyone nearby and whether or not there were any injuries. we've learned an animal shelter that burned to ground -- to the ground failed an inspection before the fire. >> the town suspended the license of the animal shelter last month. the fire killed 39 cats and 13 dogs. a surprise inspection found kennels that were mac smalls and -- small and animals that were not separated. days the kidney charged with planting an explosive device in boston. it was all caught on surveillance.
