>> reporter: husband and father allen ang says they were in the home for 10 minutes, thanks to the quick action they were able to chase down and arrest one of them, 22-year-old kevin murphy from revere, now charged with home invasion, kidnapping and assault and battery. >> and locked up herself and then, you know, tried calling 911 and then the cop got very fast. >> reporter: police dogs were also able to track down this gun, but not the other suspect. the mother described him wearing a black puffy jacket and mask. police now believe this was not a random incident. >> i want know who they are. >> reporter: quincy police say both mom and daughter sent to none injured. chipotle in cleveland circle being scrubbed clean, the mexican restaurant still closed today as it's revealed 80 boston

23-year-old from the eastern city of strausburg, who left for syria in 2013, all of the attackers identified so far were either french or belgian, all native french speakers. the bataclan concert hall was the deadliest location of the november 13th terror attacks. this morning, we're learning more about how the san bernardino killers could've funded their weapon arsenal, and a deadly shooting spree, cbs news reporting that syed farook got more than $28,000 loan from an online lender just a few weeks before the attack. investigators are continuing to look at the couple's finance apart of the investigation. a group of police officers who rushed in after that terror attack in san bernardino are telling their story. for the first time we're hearing at least one child witnessed the shooting that killed 14 people and at an office holiday party, one police officer describes how he worked to keep that hill -- little boy calm.

hernandez is charged with killing furtado and abreyu in 2013, and serving a sense for lloyd. the green light suspension could be decided if the fiscal management board scheduled to discuss possible option at its meeting today. earlier this year, the nbta revealed the actual price tag for the expansion in to somerville and medford, could be $1 billion higher than estimates, they have not ruled out the, rather, scrapping the project. there is no snow on the ground right now, but memories of last winter will be fresh in the governor's mind. today, governor baker is expected to for federal funding, $67 million in federal disaster aid from the january 2015 blizzard, remember those image?

wind, especially at the coast line and especially during the second half of the days we'll talk more about that coming up, 37 in boston right now, same in taunton, upper 30s chatham, cooler west of town, mid 30s for a lot of us, so it's kind of uniform this morning, we actually don't have any 20s on the map because the clouds that have moved in help to keep our temperatures up just a little bit, 37 in marshfield, taunton, new bedford, plymouth and 41 from [ indiscernible ] back to nantucket, 41 as well, the gradation, low level of clouds, these clouds may be stubborn today. i do think once the wind picks up just a bit and tarely fairly light, peaks that come out, weak disturbance out of the lakes,s that what may spark an early morning shower tomorrow. let's lay things out hour by hour, the storm from yesterday departs, high pressure building in, temperatures come in to the 40s this afternoon, so pretty normal for this time of the year.

back in any breaks that we do, that do develop, and tomorrow morning, you notice couple of light rain showers, i do think there will be downpours to our south but we shouldn't get in those and then in the afternoon tomorrow, the sun actually breaks out, turn in to a nice day, temperatures coming in the 50s tomorrow, and coming in to the 50s again on friday despite some low level clouds that may hang tough for the coastlines, i do think we'll get breaks that will come on friday, 46 for a high in boston, couple degrees above the average for this time of the year, most of us go 45 to 50 this afternoon, 49 in norwood, overnight tonight, right around 40 dle -- degrees, dip in the upper 40s bedford tomorrow, mid 50s, so about 10 or more degrees above the average for this time of the year, and early morning shower then sunshine breaks out, mid 50s for friday, and then 55 to 60 this weekend next chance of rain comes in again on monday,

outbreak at the cleveland circle chipotle. the illness sickened about 80 people, mostly boston college students. officials say they found several serious violations at that restaurant including allowing a sick employee to work last week, the location is being sanitized, it's unclear when it will reopen. this morning, the high school principal not outside to greet students as they arrive to class and parents want to know why. according to the globe, edward rosemerit has been placed on administrative leave, the school department not giving a reason for this, saying that it's only a personnel matter. a hartford man accused of taking bones from a worcester cemetery being held on high bail, a worcester judge decided to hold 32-year-old amador medina on 100 thousanded bail, the remains of three adults and two children taken from a mausoleum at the hope cemetery, police say medina admitted to

remains and then using them in a santeria ceremony, pleading not guilty. redline service is back on schedule after a train hit a man at the broadway station, the victim is in the hospital with serious injuries, investigators still don't know how the man ended up on the tracks. a 25-year-old dorchester woman is charged with murdering her boyfriend, police say valerie perez attacked anthony sinclair, stabbing him on nightingale street, perez being held without bail. building apartments in boston could get a lot more expensive, it all depends on where you're looking to do it. the city is looking to increase the fees paid by developers who do not include enough low income housing in their buildings, the money going toward expanding affordable housing in the city, the biggest fees in neighborhoods in the sea port area, subway and downtown. one anonymous donation will have a big impact in families in bill rica, someone put a diamond
