hour of power, let's start with off with pamela gardner. we have areas of drizzle reported especially in new hampshire, drizzle trying to develop in southeastern massachusetts, the concern we have this morning will it freeze on the roads creating icy patches, it might especially once we get into northern parts of new england, icy patches also likely in some areas of northern massachusetts into the worcester hills, berkshires as temperatures hover right around that freezing mark, for the rest of us, especially in boston we are in the upper 40s and 30s, by that lunch hour 47 degrees, drive home 52 degrees and rain chance ramps up, i will have that hour by hour timing and when the rain gets out of here, when we will see more weather and traffic together.

out of the bathroom with a disturbing allegation. >> it was really shocking, i didn't expect anything like that. >> on september 1sta 26-year- old medical student accused of worcester cardiologist dr. marcus cooper of secretly snapping semi nude photos of her. the press report saying the victim describes seeing knuckles and cell phone camera lens. >> at that time she observed what she described as knuckles and a camera lens of a phone pointing down towards her as she used the bathroom. >> cooper pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and taking a photo of an unsuspecting news person. this is not the first sordid accusation against him, in 1994 as a medical student he was suspended for a year. >> this person is i think he is

jury count reach a verdict on manslaughter. prosecutors argued porter cared so little about gray's life he failed to call a medic and left him to die inside the police van. the defense painted porter as a good cop. the gray family says they'll wait for justice. >> they did the best they could, we are hopeful ms. mosley will retry officer porter as soon as possible and that his next jury will reach a verdict. once again, we ask the public to remain calm. >> this family wants only justice, they didn't want a guilty or not guilty, they want adjust verdict, they want a verdict of some kind. >> jurors first told the judge they were dead locked in the first full day of deliberations, the judge declared a mistrial on day three, it's unclear how those jurors split. prosecutors can retry officer porter, they are expected to meet with the judge this morning and potentially pick a new trial date. cath ridge back to you.
