while she went to the store, the 8-year-old was not hurt, a firefighter suffered a minor shoulder injury. a special hearing on the who's on first bar near fenway park, a 29-year-old man was shot and killed, since 2001, the bar's owner has appeared before the city's licensing board at least eight times to talk about public safety concerns. city records show there have been assaults, stabbings, and shootings both in and outside the bar over those years. the fbi arrests the armed robber who terrorized a clerk in brewster, and he's wanted in a dozen hits like this one up and down the east coast. and this morning, the victim in that frightening robbery on the cape is talking exclusively to our katie brace. >> reporter: there's one he would like to forget.

hats in other images. the patels bought the store a year and a half ago, and after this they're staying. >> we like the community. >> reporter: the fbi says is they're looking to see if the man they called the serial armed robber is related to other crimes, katie brace, wbz "this morning". this morning an arrest in connection with a terror attack in san bernardino, california. the fbi arrested enrique marquez, a friend and neighbor of one of the shooters, provided material support to terrorists, a violation and fraud. he and syed farook planned but abandoned several terrorist plots including an attack on a shooting. today, president obama will travel to san bernardino to meet with the victim's families and survivors of the shooting. yesterday, the president met with his national security team, he then tried to reassure

new this morning, a big set back for bernie sanders after his campaign accessed hillary clinton's confidential voter information, because of a software error, suspending the sanders campaign from accessing its voter database, that database is helpful for campaign because it's full of information about voters nationwide, the team says they've fired the staffer and called the behavior unacceptable. the three candidates for the democrat nomination will meet tomorrow for the third debate, hillary clinton, bernie sanders and martin o'malley meeting in manchester. a mother suing chipotle because of the outbreak in cleveland circle, her children -- son one of the 53 people who got sick, saying the restaurant needs to be put under a microscope so it doesn't happen again.

morning, half a mile or less in boston, one and one quarter of a mile or less there in plymouth and that fog will be dense at times locally in some areas but nothing widespread expected. satellite radar picture will show us the clouds are overhead and this is primarily because of the fog, we have a secondary low pressure system that's to our south. this is going to march along the coast line giving us a little bit of an extra punch in the rain chance today. here's the hour by hour timing, 7:00 a.m. starting here, overcast conditions, becoming partly sunny, once you get farther to the north and west but lingering shower chances. right along the eastern coastline as well as the cape, islands, and south coast too. showers still hang around through 7:00 p.m. today. otherwise, mostly clear skies farther inland. and overnight tonight, kind of chill write, temperatures dipping to the freezing hark and some below freezing, we do expect frosty conditions to start off saturday but saturday afternoon through the evening we

it is 4:51 our top stories this morning, an 8-year-old girl left home alone in milton escaped unharmed when her house caught on fire. right now the department of child and families is investigating, you can see the flames here shooting from the home on hudson street. the girl was with neighbors when firefighters arrived. investigators say the girl's mother left her daughter home while she ran to the store. the owner of who's on first bar near fenway park could have his license suspended after a special hearing in front of the city's licensing board today. on thanksgiving morning, a 29-year-old man was shot and killed just outside the war -- bar, city records show there's been assaults, stabbings and shootings outside the bar in the years.
