in lynn, julie loncich, wbz "this morning". 4:33, the homeless woman accused of driving her car on a crowd sidewalk in las vegas expected o make her first court appearance today, lakeisha charged with murder in the crash, killed one person and injured dozens more, her lawyer says she'll plead not guilty, holloway facing child abuse charges, the child was not hurt but was in the car. disturbing information in the local mother charged with kidnapping her own two children, prosecutors say a sue nied -- suicide note was found in valerie mcgrath's car, they say she planned on killing herself and her children, she took the kids from their father's home on sunday, luckily found unharmed, mcgrath is behind bars on $50,000 bond. after 17 months in a federal prison, the young man who gave a gun to the boston marathon bombers is spending his first
