facing several charges accused of smashing into the back deck of a home, 27 lindsey simon early this morning saying she was driving drunk when she lost control, crash food a house. officers say she ran after the crash, police did catch up with her say she was also driving with a suspended license. disgraced ex penn state coach jerry san dust key is getting a bonus from the state of pennsylvania sending him a check for $211,000 for back pension payments. sandusky was convicted of sex abuse back in judge 2012. so his conviction will not affect his pension. sandusky's normal pension payments resume in january. many mothers have become much more conscious of dangerous chemicals in all of their childrens products, many

locations did hit 70 degrees in boston, official high was 6- we are keeping another record say here. not only were they 60 plus, close to 70 degrees, but we have 50-degree plus days in december, we've broken that record, 17 days this year, the old record 16 days set in 1953. and we are still keeping track of those 60 plus degree days this month, more warm is on the in just a minute. highs today in boston, the official high 69 degrees, the old record 61 setback in 1996, the average for this time of year should be 39 degrees, we are well above it and we are still rather warm at this hour in boston, 66 degrees. 59 degrees falmouth, 69 degrees falmouth. warm will stick around through christmas day as well. in comparing those temperatures

warmer in boston, 18 degrees warmer in nashua. feels good out there but we have areas of fog developing and that is going to lead to some travel troubles, if you are along the south coast, cape and islands, dense fog advisory until friday. current visibility half a mile or less there in the outer cape and nantucket, we are good with the visibility, once we get farther in land, fog could still settle in, overnight santa clause doesn't have a bad forecast, temperatures are going to be very warm, need an used latte as opposed to hot coffee, still holding in the 50s through tomorrow morning. overnight low officially 47 degrees with areas of patchy fog under partly cloudy sky, southwest wind that was gusting all afternoon subsides as we get into the overnight hours here. lows tonight in the 40s or 50s to the south and east. colder temperatures once you
