the man who crashed a stolen suv into a coffee shop and then took off, nicole jacobs is live in lynn with with more this noon, good afternoon, nicole. >> reporter: good afternoon to you, chris. the driver of that suv at this hour is inside police headquarters as they continue the booking process, then we are told he will be walked right here across the street where he will go before a judge. a jolt at walnut street cafe, and suv crashing nose first. >> we are just really really glad and we are really lucky it night. >> reporter: but the story stirs stronger, just minutes earlier police say it was the odd. >> police officer had rammed suspicious. and he was told that it was a of beverly. >> a short pursuit broke off

city, it was $50,000 and people who came out to conduct this search all of which turned out to be a made up story, it's christine and holly fowler, a daughter and mother who are appearing in court, charged with making a fake the 9-111 call and -- 9 is 11 call, holly, the mother called police saying she and her daughter saw a man throw a baby into the merrimack river off the cuomo bridge, state police brought out dive teams a helicopter, that is when they determined that all of this was made up as a hoax. they will be arraigned this afternoon in court depending on what that mental health professional decides, it will be a bail issue or taken to some sort ahmed call facility for treatment. we are live in haverhill, susie steimle wbz news. >> susie thank you for the update. over to campaign, the campaign trail will be crowded
