thank you for joining us. prosecutors making that announcement this morning outside of philadelphia. kenneth craig reports. >> we are here to announce today charges that have just been filed against william henry cosby. >> pennsylvania prosecutor say that bill cosby will face arraignment for an alleged 2004 assault on a temple university student. >> mr. cosby is charged with aggravated sexual assault. >> over two dozen women have accused cosby of sexual abuse, some dating back decades. this is the first time he has been charged. today's charge stems from the victim's account of the incident which is similar to others. >> mr. cosby gave us pills and we drank wine, the effect of

remaining. we may have shipry weather conditions. the weekend, you guy, coming up in just a couple of minutes. >> thank you, danielle. a deadly crash involving secret service amounts in new hampshire is now under investigation. this happened last night on route 16 in wakefield. police say that a car crossed over the center lane and crashed head on with the agents inside. the driver of the other vehicle was killed. the two passengers in that car and the four agents were all taken to the hospital. police are asking anyone who may have witnessed this crash to give them a call. in what mill hamilton -- in hamilton, police say that a driving.

u oi and and two years after his disappearance, the body of james robertson was found. it was found by hunters. within 72 hours, investigators now have a homicide investigation on their hand. yoo yoo nearly two years to the day, james robertson was kidnapped from his parents' home. he was ordered to go to a drug rehab, people told him burks he was never seen again >>there was a general belief this mae may have been abducted into a wooded area >> reporter: on friday, a hunter saw what he believed was a skull.

>> reporter: a closer look and more investigation reveals bones and more clothing that led to an identity. >> yesterday, using dental records and other evidence determined that the remains found in the woods are those of james j robertson. >> it's unclear if the four men arrested in connection with robertson's kidnapping will face additional charges but the answers many. three men are still in custody. one has been released on bail. all in connection to this kidnapping. you may remember one of those officer. but the district turn says done. an investigation will continue to see if there will be more charges or more arrests. >> nicole, thank you very much

50 sea turtles left massachusetts. >> snow birds? >> you could call them. >> why are so many getting stuck here? >> it's species known for taking its time, but these turtles might have stayed a little too long in cape cod bay. >> they are stranded due to hypothermia, got on the north side of the cape which is like a big bucket. if they don't figure the navigation, they get stranded and and they may die if they don't get rescued >> reporter: the rucky ones will be given fluids and flown to florida. turtles getting stuck on the cape has always been a problem but never of this magnitude. this year, 292. >> it pales compared to last year. last year, 733 sea turtles were handled and that was just a year record smashing year.

everything the new england aquarium stopped picking up turtles just before christmas. but, this year, with the water as warm as it is, they are continuing rescues well into january. aside from the fact that they get stuck here, not all researchers believe that the increase in turtles is a bad thing. in fact, they could indicate that the population of these endangered animals is increasing. >> it's not necessarily concerned for the population. it may be because there are a lot more turtles out there. >> one thing is certain. the rescue evident is not >> denise styles, wbz news. >> they are so cute. >> yes. winter. you know a little about the of

you know, we were so mild and now smack dab, winter. perfect timing for school vacation, right, for anyone who wants to go skiing or snow boarding. nature, fresh made snow at king pie. this photo was sent in earlier today. a little bit of snow out there today you can see the snow boarders enjoying the fresh powder out this and the temperatures have not budged all that much either. we are at 27 degrees in boston. mid-20s in lawrence and worcester, only spot and we have been talking about it all morning long, cape island. anything that's untreated, sidewalks, driveways, things like that, still a little bit slick in patches. 32 in taunton. and marshfield. in the cape, we have been in the lower 40s there have been a lot of clouds around, too. i do think we'll gradually rise a degree or two. notice the cloudy skies, not a lot of sunshine.
