we are also seeing minor delays on route the. new this morning search is on for two bank robbers that terrorized customers in franklin, this happened wednesday morning inside the middle sex savings bank at the franklin village shopping center, the two suspects wore hoods and masks, they ordered everyone, even several children to hit the floor, the two got away with cash from the tellers, police are loor be for a dark colored volkswagen sedan. breaking news to tell you about, belgium police arrested a 10th suspect connected to the deadly terror why talks in paris. the belgium man is being charged with terrorist murder and participation in the activities of a terror group. prosecutors say about 10 cell phones received in that search are being examined. two more terror arrests this week forcing brussels to cancel its new year's eve fireworks, two people arrested

boston harbor at midnight. it is 6:06, bill cosby out on bill this morning officially charged in a sex assault case. many of cosby's accusers i can't lauding the first criminal charges again him, but his defense team is fighting back. bree is here with a closer look. >> cosby's attorney is calling this i can't laud prosecution based on a civil deposition that wasn't supposed to see the light of day. 50 women have made allegations but this is the first criminal charge. bill cosby's mug shot is not the smiling actor and comedian known to the world, the blind 78-year-old needed help as he left a pennsylvania courthouse free on $1 billion bail. inside -- $1 million bail. inside he was accused of giving pills and wine to a temple university employee in 2004. >> rendered her unable to move

>> until this week, prosecutors charges. but the statute of limitations changed course. armed with recently unsealed civil court documents in which cosby admitted giving quaaludes to women for sex. a deposition that mr. cosby was induced frankly into participating in by being told by this district attorneys office that there would be no criminal charges over a decade ago. >> allegations concerning other women including several in new england have nothing to do with this case, a woman who says cosby attacked her in 200 l 9 hopes the pennsylvania case will encourage prosecutors in california to charge him there, too. >> this has gone on long enough, it's time bill cosby was held accountable for his crimes. >> cosby did not enter a plea on those charges. his next court date in pennsylvania is january 14th. the statute of little taxes for

many other cases but several civil suits are moving forward including one brought by seven women in springfield federal court. it is 6:09 on thursday morning. the "affluenza" teen is still in mexico but his mother is now in los angeles, ordered his mother tonya couch on a plane to los angeles last night. police in mexico arrested the 18-year-old and his mother on monday after one of them used a cell phone to call for pizza. couch is on probation for killing four people in a drunk driving accident. police in new hampshire are looking for a driver that may have witnessed a deadly crash involving four secret service agents working for held had. police say an unlicensed driver may have been trying to pass a car on route 16 in wakefield when he crossed the center line and crashed head on into the agent's vehicle, that driver

his car were injured, to board on their conditions. the secret service agents suffered serious injuries but they were wearing seat belts which likely saved their live. airline passengers say how important it is to have their seat belt on, that jet diverted to calgary where emergency crews took 21 passengers including three children off the plane, many were complaining of neck and back injuries, doctors say they will be okay. passengers described the frightening situation. >> we felt like we were dying, lie you see in the movies where they all go up to the ceiling, everything went to the ceiling that wasn't anchored. >> air cab da is working to accommodate passengers. the faa is investigating another emergency landing closer to home, passengers on a flight from orlando to bangor, maine smelled something burning.

around 40, but we quickly cool through the 30s, midnight when the ball drops 32 degrees, but you have to factor in the wind. that is going to be about 8-16 miles per hour. so not all that strong. but lucernely notice this breeze and -- you will notice that breeze. real feel at midnight is running in the 20s, you dress in layers, you cover up the exposed, you will be just fine. overnight tonight we do drop back into the 20s, right around freezing in boston, this is the time of year we get melts during the day, watch for a few icy patches early tomorrow morning, we will be up around 40s in the afternoon, by the way, ski country is loving this pattern now with colder air getting natural snow. notice over a foot possible in parts of western new york lake effect and northern vernon and

security is top priority for boston's first night celebration. >> first night is different this year, let's get to nicole jacobs. hi, nicole. >> reporter: hi there, chris and kathryn. one of the things that is new this year all the events are free, one thing that is free is taking a look at all of the sculpture sculptures. this is where the parade will be if you will, take a look at video now, we know that the sculptures are one the biggest attractions and it brings out people from all ages, thousands are expected to flock to downtown boston, but certainly that means security is a top priority for the city as well. >> we'll have plenty of officers out there. we'll have, you know, bomb dogs, we'll have everything possible that we can. >> reporter: certainly the hope is that the weather will hold off. a lot of the sculptures we are

we may get a snow shower late on sunday, chilly breeze with partial clearing here, sun comes out, had 43, windchills in the 30s this afternoon be as we take you hour by hour through the rest of the day, if you are out early for family fireworks, earlier celebrations, temperatures will be cooling through the upper 30s. by 8:00 p.m. we are 36 degrees. and around 392 at midnight. but -- 32 at midnight. so midnight real feel, this is what you want to dress for temperatures that will feel like they are in the low to mid- 20s, cover up the exposed skin, you will be just fine. partly cloudy tonight, 32 downtown. in that melting, refreeze process, there may be a few slick spots tomorrow early, a nice blend of sun and clouds, heading north still talking about school vacation, heading into the weekend, cold

charged with planning attacks in 2011 and 2012. he is being held without bail until his arraignment january of. this morning police are trying to piece together what happen to a man kidnapped nearly two years ago whose remains were found in uptown over the weekend, a hunter found the remains of jamie robertson in the woods, two men posing as probation officers took robertson from his parent's home in avon, he was never seen or heard from again. >> kind of a mixed emotions between the sadness and some relief that they now know what happen to their son. >> police charged the two men and a third with kidnapping. and a fourth person as an accessory, police have not filed any murder charges at this time. right now police in new hampshire are looking for a driver who may have witnessed the deadly crash involving four
