moisture and notice through the afternoon, even a couple snow showers coming in from cape ann back down to the south shore as well. they will continue at times right on through the overnight tonight. and into early tomorrow morning. notice the rest of us mainly clear. this actually is a big area of high pressure building in. but with the wind off the ocean we are likely to see the bands accumulate. there may be a quick coating here eastern essex been a back to the south shore. but one to three inches is possible in the cape and islands. and it's not out of the question we pick up a 4 inch amount somewhere very localized on the cape islands tomorrow morning. for that reason national weather service issued a wint irweather advisory -- winter weather advisory at 11 a.m. today until 7 a.m. tomorrow morning. there will be hazardous travel conditions from the cape bang back down to nantucket. what about the real feel that's what you want to dress for right? by the afternoon, the wind will start to kick up today gusting at times 20, 25 miles per hour.
4:45 am
so the real feel later on today is going to be in the single digits and teens and playthings through overnight tonight, single digits both above and below zero. so tomorrow morning, it's the heart of the arctic cold that comes in. the real feel is running in the single digits and as we go through tomorrow afternoon it's going to feel like the teens. temperatures won't get out of the 20s again. so the warmest time today is right now. through the afternoon, we are going to be running in the middle to upper 20s for most of us. tonight we drop back to 11 degrees in boston. and single digits and then you factor in the wend on top of that, highs -- wind on top of that. highs in the upper 20s tomorrow but in the 7-day the sun is going to be shining and we make a rewound not nearly as -- rebound. not nearly as cold on wednesday. thursday sunny and pleasant and clouds increase on friday. it looks unsettled this weekend. there could be areas of rain potentially mixed with snow across the interior. chris. >> thanks very much. new this morning federal accident
