worcester police arrested a driver in a deadly hit-and-run over the weekend. vincent greene is charged withmotor vehicle homicide and leaving the scene. he was driving recklessly when he plowed into a 56-year-old man that victim died at the hospital. investigators are looking into what sparked a fire at a popular wedding venue in sturebridge. flames -- sturbridge flames rind through the hotel. 20 guests who -- ripped through the hotel. 20 guests had to flee the fire that destroyed two floors of the building. fortunately no one was hurt. >> the cops were banging on the door. >> and you saw the fire trucks and the smoke billowing. >> we were yelling for the firemen to get me a they put a later against -- ladder against my balcony and i to climb down. >> the fire burned dresses of bride maid's but a bridal party

so, you will feel the wind from start to finish as well. that does create a bit of a bite to the air. real feel 19 in worcester right now. 20s for a lot of us. 31 in boston but it's going to be cooling off real feel is running in the 20s through thecourse of the day today. we will have lake-effect snow showers back to the west. and a few flurries in the berkshires so watch for a few slick spots. otherwise some partial sunshine today and it will be pretty quiet overall. it's tomorrow that i am watching. notice in the morning dry start sunshine and no big issues. but the clouds will increase quickly ahead of a fast moving clipper system that's he going to come through tomorrow evening and night. what it means for us is a little bit of rain. rain showers at the coastline with temperatures mild enough. notice mixed with snow late tomorrow afternoon and ramps up a little bit tomorrow evening. mostly after the even commute so by 10 we are mixing rain and snow showers. a burst that comes through during the evening and first part of the overnight.

time we get to wednesday morning. we will get snow showers continuing in vermont and period of snow in maine. but for us generally tuesday evening into tuesday overnight. expected snowfall totals on the low end as the coating to perhaps as much as an inch tuesday night and far eastern massachusetts. we may goat a few amounts to top out to maybe 2 or 3 inches outside of 128 particularly in worcester hills and southern new hampshire. we will watch that closely. time frame of that later tomorrow evening and night. to mid-30s. it's 39 in boston and we will see falling temperatures through the day. tonight, less wind but we drop into the teens and lower 20s. accu-weather 7-day forecast around 30 degrees on wednesday. so colder air comes in behind thursday. friday some late day clouds and weekend. maybe mild enough we get a couple rain showers on saturday that may change to snow saturday night so we will keep

headley is a known drug dealer and was driving with a suspended license. and boston police are investigating the first homicide of the year in the city. they want anyone with information to contact them. a man was shot early sunday morning on falcon street in east boston. the victim's identity has not been released. two young boys pulled from a pond brockton pond and they are in the hospital this morning. 9 and 12-year-old boys were playing with friends on the pond with they broke through the ice on saturday. good samaritans helped to pull the boys out. older boy is in critical condition and he was in the water for several minutes. mbta officials will meet today and the future of the green line extension will topt agenda. for years they wanted to extend trolley service into somerville and medford but cost estimates for the project have gone up. to over 3 billion dollars. they must decide to scale the project back or scrap it entirely. the t is taking a hard look at
