noon a mysterious medical emergency involving patriots star chandler jones. the defensive end rushed to the hospital after showing up at the foxbor copolice -- foxborough police station. >> thanks for being with us. all this happened on sunday and the details of what unfold red slowly starting to come out. bill shields joins us live from foxborough bill. >> reporter: this is not what patriots or patriots fans wanted to hear that chandler jones on sunday morning about 7:40 in the morning walked over to the foxborough police assistance. now we have the audio of the police log when they call officers to respond. evaluation medical. >> responding.

police dispatch log shows what happened. 7:42 a.m. sunday morning chandler jones shows up in the police parking lot asking for help. police respond. and 25 minutes later, jones is taken to norwood hospital. chandler jones is a stand out defensive end for the patriots and up until now, has always been a model citizen. he lives here right in back of the foxborough police department and 59:42 sunday morning, he -- at 7:42 sunday morning he walked to the police station for help and after foxborough police dispatch sent an officer to his home to secure it. the patriots have issued a chandler jones was admitted to the hospital on sunday and released that day and reported to work on time monday morning. and participated in all meetings and practices since then. thatth police log shows the officer who responded to his

the time. certainly that's indicative of the hard hat and other items that are scattered around the street. i can also tell you it was a minivan police say that hit this man and continued to go on again that van was found about 2 miles away with damage from bumper and smashed in front wield shield the vehicle is a transit vehicle and we contacted the company can as that he learned about the crash but a female driver has been arrested according to boston police. taking yet another live look at the 300 block of washington street it appears that officers are taking down some of the police tape right now. but certainly this is an ongoing investigation and again one woman we are told has been arrested. her exact charges right now have not been known. we are live in boston nicole jacobs wbz news.

right now a former mbta officer faces charges in a unusual arrest. susie steimle joins us with details. hi. >> reporter: hi kathryn. that arraignment wrapped up. eye took about two years -- it took two years to bring this transit officer in court. now she is here she is accused of using excessive force during an arrest but also falsifying her police report to back up her action. >> commonwealth versus jennifer garvey. >> reporter: former mbta officer jennifer garvey walked in on her own free will and was taken into custody. she lost her job at the t a few weeks ago all stemming from this video. this is garvey at the t stop in march of 2013 and pepper spraying and beating a woman with a baton. that day mary holmes was arrested and she actually was calling 911 here saying garvey was acting inappropriately.

holmes is not facing charges and garvey is in custody. >> this is 180 degree shift from what happened. >> reporter: carl william with the aclu calls it a rare and important victory for civil rights. >> today, a little piece of justice has been brought because mary holmes stood up that day for members of her community. >> reporter: the defense maintains garvey used appropriate force that day and in fact the mbta reviewed the video in 2014 and allowed garvey to keep her job up until this civil suit came about a few weeks ago. >> she plans on aggressively defending the case and i anticipate once all the facts come out that she will be acquitted. >> reporter: the judge set bail today at $1,000 cash. also with the condition of her bail she must continue to get treatment for ptsd as garvey is a veteran. live in boston, susie steimle. >> thanks very much. developing this noon iran releases 10 u.s. sailors after

the sailors were detained after the boat broke down in the persian gulf and drifted into iranian waters. iranian guards first suspected them of spying. the pentagon says the sailors were not harmed and returned to their boats then transferred to a u.s. ship. iran's revolutionary guard intentional. today president obama is hitting the road heading to omaha and baton rouge following his 7th and final state of the union. the nearly hour long speech last night focused on the future and the bitter battle between political parties. the president admitted he failed to bring both sides of the aisle together as he promised in his campaign for the white house. >> it's one of the few regrets of my presidency that the rancor and suspicion between the parties has gotten worse instead of better. >> president obama also touched on the presidential race warning against the antimuslim rhetoric.

multifamily home on copings high -- cummings highway last night. firefighter suffered minor burns and 7 people are out of their homes. investigators continue searching for the cause. and in roslindale a 25-year-old driver is due in court to face charges in a deadly crash. a 88-year-old woman was hit and killed walking on washington street. the driver is facing vehicular homicide charges. and in boston police investigating a crash right near the statehouse. the driver reportedly hit a pedestrian and a number of cars near beacon street and treemont place. both the pedestrian and driver were taken to the hospital. bill cosby's lawyers are thinking about asking the judge to postpone the several case against their client. there's a hearing underway this

outrage growing after a woman overdose after she was given a highly addictive medication at the hospital. 44-year-old gretchen fordham crashed on 495 in merrimack saturday night. police charged her with operating under the influence ofdrugs but then sent her to anna jaquess hospital and she was given narcan and treated for a broken wrist. she was sent home with a prescription for oxycodone an opiate.

scarf and we have seen plenty ofso shine but -- sunshine but blake effect flurries have been making their way across the berkshires and will result in a couple spots. the western portion of the route 2 corridor. the wind will slowly subside tonight though. but our temperatures will be cold. so scattered clouds we dip into the teens. the real feel in the single digits in some communities and tomorrow i think you will feel the difference because it won't be nearly as windy. temperatures at 31 but the wind 5 to 15 miles per hour enough to make a difference. otherwise hour by hour storm departing from maine dumping snow in northern maine. tomorrow a weak disturbance is over us so there may be a couple stray flurries. this will not am to anything but a clouds and flurry or two can be-- can't be ruled out. the wind not as strong. friday we start with sun and then the clouds move in. those clouds come out ahead of a storm we have been watching for the weekend.

energy coming in from the great lakes and we have moisture coming up the coast. look at the amount of rain with this. the issue i guess if you are wishing for snow is there's not a lot of cold air here. and this storm is a fast mover. so in terms of what we are thinking this weekend, it's a quick hitter saturday morning to the early afternoon the time frame of biggest concern looks like it will be mainly rain and eastern mass shoes some wintry presip can't be ruled out with enough cold air and gusty wind. but the tides are not after the trough nomecally high and because it's fast moving we are not overly concerned. it's important patriots game day forecast. if you are tailgating there is going to be some wet weather areas of rain by drying out by kick off temperatures in the upper 30s. wind will be active about 10 to 20 miles per hour so the real feel will be in the 20s that's
