>> reporter: the rush to reclassify old cases and consider pending new ones has now created a backlog and the state board says it could take as long as two years to sort it out and get some of the names published again. >> creates more of a environment for them to you know be a predator in. >> reporter: which is why the board says it will move as quickly as possible so neighborhoods can stay informed. in walpole beth germano. police are on alert for a suspicious driver who approached a child approaching a elementary schoolboy as he was getting off the school bus and asked if he needed a ride home or needed help carrying his stuff. the boy said no and the driver took off. there was a similar incident on the same day. police say the driver never touched the children. worcester police confiscate two dozen packets of synthetic marijuana they saw what

hall and arrested two men and seized the k-2 and 3700 dollars in cash of the both men are facing charges tonight. and smoky commuter room inside sandwich high school forced everyone to be evacuated there. paramedics took one school employee to the hospital for possible smoke inhalation and firefighters discovered one of the h vac units and they shut it down and the smoke went away. tonight we have a follow- up. three employees at a grafton company could face wiretapping charges for setting up the hidden camera at work. sleeping on the job. the problem is that the camera also recorded audio and that could be against the law. the i-team ryan was in court to find out what happened. >> reporter: you are watching hidden camera. lens aimed at mark ferguson's office space. what's that moment like when you realize you are on camera. >> you feel violate. >> reporter: they fired ferguson accusing him of

tomorrow morning partly sunny skies out the door. and tomorrow is a quiet winter day and we will see milder temperatures to the south and a lot lot of cloud cover and sun and the sun is at 4:36. a split across the region low to mid-30s north and west of boston and low to mid-40s south and east of the city. winter chill for many towns. not as bad as the last couple days. the overall setup, the band of clouds along the warm front that will be here throughout much of the day and thickening cloud cover heading towards tomorrow evening. and any precipitation from the storm arrives after midnight and as it moves in, if a couple towns across the interior can get close to the freeze mark to maybe a bit of freezing drizzle to watch. we will update that as we head into tomorrow. but overall, predominantly a lot of rain coming down on saturday morning. and i think as the storm picks up we could change into a little snowfall but most snow is going to be across northern. >> i eng -- new england and compared -- northern new

model it will clear out faster than it's showing. everybody is drying out and we could get sunshine before the day wraps up on saturday. mainly rainfall anywhere near the coastline southeastern massachusetts. a chance for a little bit of wet snow mixing across the interior better chance of snowfall heading up towards central new hampshire and vermont and maine. in terms accumulation a slushy coating to ionch possible here but the best chance northern worcester into new hampshire and points further to the north. if you are thinking skiing and snow boarding a decent storm here for parts of northern new hampshire and around the white mountains across maine as well and they will do the best with this one. how about the storm in foxboro. morning the. is wet and noon about done with the rain and topping out near 40 and dry conditions by 2 and might getshoin and we are all dry during the game with temps in the 30s and then for sunday just a quiet day we will be in the mid-30s here and partly sunny skies. the pick of the weekend to be outside. here's full being a yaw weather -- being a you weather seven- day and a chance for snowflakes
