over to a developing story out of west boylston this morning. a teacher off the job accused of sending an inappropriate message to a student. our any coal jake -- nicolejacobs has the latest on the investigation. >> reporter: that is situation officials learned about wednesday. they say the student involved initially went to a staff person at the west boylston middle high school and then to police. the west boylston police chief tells us a male stunted accuses a male teacher of contacting -- student accuses a male teacherof contacting him. all involved has been enterviewed including the student's parents. the school superintendent placed the teacher on administrative leave while the investigation is ongoing. both police and the da's office are investigating. we are told today they will request a warrant to search the teacher's home. in the satellite center, nicole jacobs wbz this morning.

with anticipation of the game, shopping and other preps for game day and the parties themselves bringing families and friends and complete strangers and even people who otherwise could care less about football together in a joyous community celebration. the benefit of this can't be overtateed. bars restaurants and supermarkets make a killing. people otherwise who might not be inclined to go out are doing so with all of the related economic benefits. people have a hot topic to discuss that brings us altogether. a special gift in an election year with the alternatives might be fighting over politics. and when the pats are winning as they usually do in the playoffs, the psychological benefit is in-- incalculable can you imagine how depressing the snowpocalypse would have been if we didn't go all the way. let's count our blessings for another january of the pats in the playoffs. and since i am sure they will win tomorrow, i have only one
