they are facing a $242 million deficit and needs to look for ways to cut costs. the police are saying the woman who reported being attacked and robs this weekend in chelsey made the story up. she told the police three men attacked her while she was walking home. she will be called to court later this month. sixth protesters are expected to be in court today. they are from about a dozen protesters. the six were arrested when they refused to leave the terminal. it's a winning hand for the state's largest construction company. suffux has won the contract.

morning to say the least. >> that wind gust kind of -- >> bites. >> it was a quick run to the car and to the building. it is all about the wind, you are right about that. temperatures are cold, too, we are running in the teens. even if there were no wind, it would be a chilly start. the wind, 24 miles per hour and the wind is going to be with us from start to finish today. the real feel is sitting at 1 below zero right now. 7 below in wooster. a windchill of 2 below from lawrence to manchester to providence. you certainly want to be bundled up. the temperatures are not going to be going anywhere throughout the day. it's going to feel like it's below zero in south western new hampshire and in the single digits for the rest of us. there's no improvement. right on through the evening,

windchills at the warmest time of the day. now, tonight, we are still going to be running in the single digits. the wind each afternoon will get a little bit lighter. the key is a little bit. it's going to be blustery as we head throughout middle part of the week. we will get a few clouds mixing in throughout the day. other wise, there's no fear of precipitation. the storm that came through yesterday is pulling through the region. what we have to con tend with on the backside is the wind. one little storm to our south is going to miss us. as we head into the middle part of the week, high pressure building in thursday and friday the clouds starts to increase and then we keep our eye on the storm. there's area of snow all the way from tennessee to the atlantic. the time frame for us will be saturday through sunday.

now as to where the track of the storm is going to be set up. lots to watch. again, time frame we are watching saturday, especially into sunday morning. today's highs topping out only in the 20s. we are in the teens right now. the wind is still going to be strong. wind advisories in effect until 7:00 p.m., but we may need to see that extended or at least through the gusty winds tomorrow. the high temperature is just over 30, that's about it. this is the coldest wind we have had. thursday, still blustery. there's the potential for saturday into sunday morning and it looks like we stay cold, still in the lower 30s for next week. >> thank you. a local middle school student is turning to students and strangers for help. she is 30 years ole and needs a
