the t is facing a $242 million deficit and needs to find ways to cut costs. police now say the woman who reported being attacked and robbed this weekend in chelsey made up to story. she told the police three men attacked her with a knife. she will be called to court later on this month. and six protesters are expected to be arraigned in east boston today. they are among several who protested for higher pay this weekend. police say they were arrested when they refused to leave the terminal. his or deal now over, a hingham man is happy to be home.

strangers or students help save her life? >> i started feeling really bad. maybe two years ago at this point. >> reporter: the middle schoolteacher is suffering from kidney failure. she needs a new kidney and soon. >> the tiredness and exhaustion is tough. >> reporter: she decided to start asking her students and parents and strangers to donate. >> i have heard so many stories about people doing this and it's gotten into the right hands. >> reporter: on her quarterback and her facebook page, she steps out of her comfort zone. initially, she said she felt uncomfortable asking people for help. now she is hoping there's a life lesson for all of us. >> at the end of the day, i am

storm to our south through wednesday and thursday will stay to our south on the carolina coastline. the cold air stays in place, though, and that sets the stage for a potential storm this weekend. a lot of energy with this. areas of rain and snow on the north side. the time frame of concern for us will be saturday into sunday morning as the storm makes a pass likely somewhere south and east of nantucket. the question is how close will track. we may get skirted saturday and sunday, or it may come closer. lots of details to iron out in the next 24-36 hours. we have to factor the wind today into the single digits. tonight, we drop back into the teens. the wind won't be as strong

that yesterday's anniversary of the deflategate went unnoticed. the entire pathetic affair looks at something, jell schism some of the -- jealousy. some of the other teams saw an opportunity to express their bitter jealousy by smearing tom brady and they took it. one year later, there's not a shred of direct evidence by tom brady or the team. jell jealousy and envy have been around forever. there's a reason why envy is one of the 7 deadly sins.

until informs time to retire or die or whatever and to all of a sudden to know something you have been doing your entire life since you were 10 years old you can't do anymore, and now what do i do at 57? a public hearing is set for today on legislation that has been dubbed the millionaire tax. the proposed amend amount calls for an additional tax of 4% on people with incomes of $1 million or more. revenue from that tax would fund transportation and education improvements. today is the first day you can file your taxes with the irs. the irs expects 150 million files this year. the deadline is monday, april
