well dom back. we are talk -- welcome back. we are talking about the economic impact of the blizzard and salad recall. >> the markets will eye key reports this week. jill wagner is live at the new york stock exchange with the money watch. good morning jill. >> reporter: good morning chris and kathryn. it's a big week on wall street. more than 100 companies will report earnings for the past quarter including big names like amazon and facebook and microsoft and apple. the markets will open today after the first positive week of the year. on friday oil prices rebounded that sent stocks higher. dow jones 210 points and nasdaq climbed 119 and asian markets they rose today. you might want to check that salad package in the fridge. cdc is investigating a listeria outbreak linked to dole salad packages. one person died 12 people

when you get from chatham to nantucket right now. that bit of a breeze creating a wind chill real feel that's running in the teens for the city boston and worcester right now. there are a few scattered clouds this morning. the cloud will depart and give way to sunshine as whoa head throughout the course of the -- as we head throughout the course of the day today. no big storms across the northeast or mid atlantic. cleanup continues down to the south especially. there are some snow showers back through south dakota and back through minnesota right now. this is our next weather maker. by the time it makes it to us we are seeing some warmer air push in. so it will be a chance for rain showers as we head into the day tomorrow. so today is dry and it's a blend of sun and clouds and a few scattered clouds overnight tonight and tomorrow we start with sunshine and we get a southwest breeze of clouds filling in quickly during the afternoon tomorrow. and you may want to have the umbrella on stand by. temperatures will come into the 40s and there will be some isolated to scattered rain

afternoon into the evening commute. by 6 p.m. north and west of the boston a band of showers comes through and those will continue overnight on tuesday. wednesday morning they are generally done and there will be one more band of clouds coming into eastern massachusetts on wednesday before clearing comes in late in the day. so temperature wise, today's actually a pretty normal day by january standards. we should be in the mid-30s and we will be there for boston and north and west of town in the mid-30s and mid-30s for the cape and islands as well. tonight we drop back into the 20s and the wind won't be that strong. we get scattered clouds and look at these highs. coming into the mid to upper 40s tomorrow. so about 10 degrees above average and guess what, we will be in the 40s on wednesday. we do turn a little colder on thursday but it looks quiet. there may be a little wave of low pressure that brings us snow on friday. does not lock like a major event or anything like that and we should be in the 40s for the upcoming weekend too. over to you. >> appreciate it.

9 men who carried out the paris attacks. it shows them beheading bound prisoners and shooting a kneeling hostage in the head. it was made before the november 13th attack in paris that hundreds more. the video also shows the men plotting that slaughter. they threaten to attack britain and prime minister david cameron all 9 were killed in the attack and the aftermath. a meeting over the stand off at an oregon wildlife refuge has been canceled over security concerns. a judge was scheduled to host the community meeting but called it off after hearing the meeting would draw a protest. an armed group led by amon bundy occupied the national wildlife refuge since january policies. an intense manhunt is underway this morning for three prisoners who busted out of a california prison and seems like an escape out of the shawshank redemption movies.
