the tunnel exit. >> my understanding is this is an incredibly infrequent event. >> our i team has learned in 2007 five accidents involving manhole covers and storm grates occurred in less than a week. this accident on 128 was one on them. since then the state inspects manhole covers every 2 years. the one that came loose friday morning was last inspected in june of 2014. >> it's a terrible tragedy. >> the results are expect ed later today. depending on what crews found inspections could go to other highways outside the city of boston. katy brace, wbz this morning. >> caitlin clavette was on her way to work for milton elementary school. it will be open at 11:00 this morning for parents who need guidance to talk to their students about the brief.

feels worse when you factor in the wind. at 11 p.m. tonight the real feel between 20 and 30 degrees below zero. the wind gusting between 30 and 35 miles per hour. sustained winds still bad between 10 and 20 miles per hour resulting in a real feel forecast sunday morning between 20 and 30 degrees below zero. by 3:00 p.m. on sunday the wind subsides a bit. it's still going to be cold but not criteria for a warning. worcester and boston for valentine's day we'll take a look at the records here for the record low maximum. 7 degrees in worcester for going for a forecast of 6. same in boston, a record of 10 degrees in the forecast. those low temperatures starting off with 11 below in worcester, might tie that one. boston has a good shot at that record but we'll see because that sensor is right at logan airport with the ocean that could effect some records.
