noon, camille cosby will answer questions about her husband nd oath in springfield. this is connected to a lawsuit filed against the comedian. good afternoon i am kathryn hauser. >> i am chris mckinnon thanks for joining us the cosby's lawyer fought the deposition but a ruling says she must appear. >> reporter: lawyers say she doesn't have relevant information and that her conversation was her husband are confidential. a judge ruled friday that camille's cosby's deposition must proceed that was upheld yesterday when defense lawyers asked for a delay. they arrive at springfield mayorot after trying again -- marriott after trying to again to get a day this feeling hotel security was not the tight enough. that deposition is proceeding. bill cosby's wife of more than 50 years is being asked defamation lawsuit brought against her husband by 7 women who claim the comedian sexually

route 1 this morning in a stolen car. she sped off and crashed on the parkway. last week an officer crashed his cruiser chasing after murphy and another suspect. breaking news right now. uber driver accused of going on a deadly shooting rampage in judge. police say he killed 8 people in the span of a few hours. all while taking riders in between the killings. kenneth craig reports. >> reporter: investigators say 45 years old jason dalton picked his victims at random killing 6 people and seriously injuring two others. police say the uber driver began the shooting spree at an apartment complex in kalamazoo michigan saturday night. then killed a 17-year-old in the and -- consider and his father at a car dealership and gunned down four women at cracker barrel. surveillance video led to his arrest sunday morning. dalton is a former insurance adjustor and father of 2. he is being arraigned at the county courthouse monday as

police know who the driver is that caused all of the damage it is just amassed a cleanup effort as they try to reopen. driver after driver pulled into the starbucks along route 1 monday morning to learn they would have to buy coffee somewhere else. this starbucks shut down after a driver slammed into the side of the building just before one in the morning. police now know it was the 22- year-old woman from brockton who caused all the damage and she ran away on foot before showing up at the police station to admit to the whole thing. she was not under the influence of drugs or alcohol just on her way home from work when she hit the guardrail overcorrected and crashed. judging by the photos from inside the starbucks, it is lucky the accident happened when the coffee shop was closed. glass bricks and coffee surrounded toppled over tables inside. as you can see the contractors have a lot of work ahead of them to get the starbucks open again. as for the driver she is not scheduled to appear in court

nicole jacobs is live with much more. good afternoon nicole. >> reporter: good afternoon to you kathryn. robert acheson has not gone before the judge here but it was this weekend just yesterday that he was reportedly treated for an overdose and then arrested for allegedly marveling a meth lab. police were called to the atateelboro neighborhood for a reported drug overdose. man was taken to the hospital but a closer look revealed more. >> i think it's terrible. like right by the elderly housing and it's-- i mean on our side of the street. >> reporter: authorities say ingredients and paraphernalia all pointing to a meth lab with found in-- were found in the 9th avenue home and residence are -- residents are stunned. >> hopefully they get it ute -- it out of the neighborhood. >>reporter: investigators swarming the area and evacuations for safety.

looks like the morning commute is going to be a bigger impact than the evening. we will watch tomorrow night closely with the advancement of the snow coming in. 40 degrees you are right in boston right now. southeast wind 10 miles per hour. a little of a real feel. 33 degrees not too bad for february. town. 47 in providence back down to taunton at 47 and lower 40s on the cape and with that breeze feels a touch colder especially for man chester to keene where it feels like it's in the the 20s with the wind chill values. but the sun is shining and it's been missed with clouds this afternoon adding decoration to the sky. but it's quiet across thenortheast. high pressure has been build into northern new england and the trend will continue through the rest of the day today. tomorrow an onshore wind bringing in moisture clouds at first and a couple flurries. but no big weather impact. tomorrow evening look at that little burst of snow coming in changes from fleet and lingers into early wednesday morning.

so closer you get to the coast we should be doing okay with leftover rain showers. then there's the lull in the by. and this-- there's more moisture to come. the heist of the storm is wednesday night into thursday as showers fill back in and into thursday. look at some of the deep reds and yellows in here so we are talking about heavy rain even embedded thunderstorms possible and this will also coincide with some of the strongest wind that comes in coming in from the south southeast. we may see gusts over 50 miles per hour. and that will cause isolated pockets of damage. the whole low is going to cross west of us dragging in some of the warmth too. half oop ionch -- an inch to an inch and a half in. we will watch the leading edge closely for tomorrow. and in the meantime, tonight we drop into the 20s. and for most of us it will be a clear night. although patchy cloud cover is going to start to fill in off
