sexual assault suing the comedian for defamation. a 16-year-old dorchester teen held in the stabbing death of a 15-year-old. pope in court yesterday, pope stabbed 15-year-old hopkins in the heart on sunday after hopkins got in a fight with pope's girlfriend. prosecutors say pope approached officers at the scene and said quote, i think i killed someone. pope has a prior record of gun and assault charges. meanwhile, family and friends held the vigil to remember the 15-year-old victim. dion hopkins family says his violence. prosecutors say the uber driver charged in a deadly shooting rampage in michigan has confessed. but they're still trying to figure out dalton's motives. one passenger says he snapped after he got a phone call then started blowing through stop signs and side swiping cars. that passenger got away. authorities say dalton randomly killed six people and wounded
