so far for this entire month of february we've been running so warm, 2.3 degrees month. we've had, yes, a couple you remember on the 13th and 14th, valentine's weekend it was bitterly cold. we had record low temperatures. then that's a long distant memory. we had such warm weather especially earlier this week where we had temperatures running 18 degrees above normal. that was on thursday morning. it looks like these last couple of days of february will be slightly above normal. good news there. we'll take it. current temperatures running in teens and 20s. 15 degrees in boston, 21 worcester. we had a clear sky over night allowing for cooling so temperatures have fallen into the teens. it feels worse because we have that light breeze coming from the northwest. feels more like 18

your real feel degrees. heavy coat necessary as you head out. the gloves, the hat, the scarves not a bad idea either. hour by hour the temperatures slowly increase to 31 by 10:00, 35 degrees for noon and then we don't stop there. we will continue to increase to 41 for that ultimate high temperature today. 42 in bedford, 43 norwood. things cooler to the south and to the east. lows tonight back into the upper 20s and lower 30s. we expect the clouds to move in trapping so of the daytime heat. mild conditions into sunday. skipping ahead just a bit into monday morning, this is going to be where we see the next action going on. chance for rain, isolated showers monday morning at 7:00 a.m. a cold front moves through. this will be a weak system. low pressure stays to our north and we have slighter cooler temperatures but plenty of sunshine later monday afternoon allowing for the

on the health watch this morning, the centers for disease control reports this year's flu vaccine has been effective. the cdc said the vaccine cut the chance of getting the flu by 60% this year. that's far better than last year at just 20%. 13 children have died from the flu this season. adult deaths are not tracked. the cdc notes that it's still not too late to get a flu shot. alarming news about the zika virus in the united states, nine pregnant women for infected. one has given birth to a baby with a birth defect that effects the brain. they contracted the zika virus traveling aboard. a health scare for or controversial artist. >> first, jennifer garner speaks out about her split from
