police are here in force around eastern mass, not just somerville. they don't disagree with the black lives matter people. what they disagree with is the fact that the banner is hung on a public publicking. >> we do not oppose the nucleas of e ideology. our core values are similar, equality for everyone. >> the community put up the banner almost a year ago speaks to our values. we are trying to understand and set a model for the rest of the nation how we come together in how we implement our policies and beliefs and programs. >> reporter: the mayor said the banner is not going down.

unanswered questions. beth germano has the story all new at 6:00. >> reporter: there was uneasiness as parents picked up their children from a city camp in south boston today. mindful of the tragic death of 7-year-old keizer willis who went missing from a day program a few miles away. there are so many questions. >> it makes me feel uneasy. i didn't have the fact when -- facts when >> reporter: the community center where the young boy was part of a drop-in program, re- opened to adults only and youth promise will be on -- programs will be on hold for a few more days. he was found about 20 yards offshore after a search that lasted for hours. it's time upaccounted for which is the subject of a city and police investigation.

teacher in prison for life after her teen aged lover killed her husband has filled a lawsuit claiming she was wrongly placed in solitary confinement. she said after guards found a plastic knife in her cell she was put in solitary for 90 days. smart said this was in compliance with prison regulations and was in her possession for 18 years. a sinkhole in long meadow swallowed up under the asphalt. now, parts of the street are closed down. the good news, no one was hurt. of this condo in somerville sold at the highest price, $1.75 million. but as million dollar homes in

we see see in the cold season and there will be a sharp gradient with this one. with the cold front coming down across northern new england, spawning a few thunderstorms and downpours, one through hampton and coming into newburyport. so it's an appetizer rainfall for tomorrow. the rain will fill in with more shower activity and temperatures in the 70s. here's how tomorrow fa the big question is, where is the heavy rain access going to line up? will it be just on shore? will it be a little farther north? tomorrow morning out the door, scattered showers and areas of rain and the potential for heavier rainfall arrives late morning into the afternoon, and we'll focus here south of the pike especially towards the cape, the islands, the south coast where we are most at risk for heavier rainfall totals and flash flooding on the roads. if you're north of the pike, i

rainfall. more than a .25", and i'll be happy with it. i think the line is just south of the pike and everyone else, scattered rainfall but all of this will wrap up as we head into tomorrow evening. flash flood watches in southeast mass, 5:00 in the morning to 5:00 in the evening and heavy rainfall means we could see the rain stacking up on the streets. and here is the expected in north looking at lower totals, and it's where we're drier with an ironic and sad twist. this is a zone that will probably miss out on the heavier rain. tomorrow's highs in the clouds, 70s, much cooler than it's been, albeit humid, and clouds will increase on sunday and bring with it a chance for rain showers. so the weekend forecast, mid to
