a bathroom break in a bizarre spot helped police discover a bigger crime. state police say they caught a26-year-old man urinating on armory street yesterday. with the car in the middle of the road. the state police say that's not the only thing he was up to. they charged him with dealing heroin and oxycodone and health and welfare fraud. right now police in wakefield are searching to arman who showed a handgun during a robbery at a convenience store on elm et headed towards 95 and no one was hurt. today staff at the summer program run by boston will undergo a full day of comprehensive training on new safety procedures after a young boy died last week. kyzr willis' body as found 20 yards from shore. once the training is complete the camp will reopen tomorrow. mayor -- mayor walsh says safety protocol also go into effect immediately including
