parents and all of the parents are going to be back tomorrow. >> reporter: the body of seven years kyzr willis was found tuesday off sar son beach -- carson beach. they have added new safety rules. all kids in the water must wear life preservers at all times and also added security cameras. kyzr's family said they're upset and furious that the doors are reopening. >> it's a drop-in center, alternatives. there's probably no right time to reopen the camp for the parents. i don't know -- i meerngs i can't imagine i try to put myself in their shoes. my heart goes out to them. >> reporter: the mayor says the changes are enough to help keep children safe. >> we explained the changes we have made and they the counselors, lifeguards, the director, you know, everything indicates a terrible tragedy. >> reporter: as a death

calling hillary clinton the devil. trump made the comments during a rally in pennsylvania yesterday. earlier in the day at a campaign stop in ohio he told supporters he's afraid the general election will be, quote, rigged. he offered no evidence of this but said he's hearing the election won't be fair. investor warn buffet joins hillary clinton at a campaign stop. the buffet launched his drive to vote campaign and is promising to personally take some voters to the polls on election d for election day. buffet also challenged trump to release his tax returns. trump has said he will release them after an irs audit is complete. the latest cbs poll shows a post convention bump for hillary clinton. she's now up seven points over trump. an unprecedented travel warning from the cdc after officials say more than a dozen cases of the zika virus were discovered in a small florida

winwood. it's about a mile area in the northern part of miami. 14 people contracted the virus there. six of them showed no symptoms at all. the virus was detected after detectives went door to door asking for voluntary urine samples. >> we're advising pregnant women not to travel this one-mile area north of downtown miami and for pregnant women who live and work in that area to possible to prevent bites. >> experts do not believe zika will become a widespread issue in the united states but say other small breakouts are possible. the 52 people here in massachusetts have been affected with zika. they all got it while traveling overas or from partners who did. we are answering questions about the virus right on our website cbsboston.com. president obama is getting ready for his final vineyard vacation as commander in chief.

part of the state. let me zoom out here. notice these pockets of rain, slow moving toward the east here. but some heavier downpours, even a lone thunderstorm in western connecticut. a lot of it as it slides east is going to have a tough time kind of surviving the trip into eastern massachusetts. so we'll get a couple of showers and we already have a few but they're light. all the way from new hampshire back town there massachusetts, in between stretching over. what does that mean over the next few hours? >> you kind of notice this disturbance, upper level underneath, right? there's a good amount of rain with it. but as it slowly drifts east ward over the next few hours, it's going to lose a little bit of steam. after that there's not a whole lot going on. so yes, a few pockets of rain. this may be a little overdone, but you get the point. there will be some areas of rain tapering off to showers by midday and early afternoon as

the second half of the day. there may be a lingering isolated shower as we head into the evening commute. tomorrow, beautiful. sunshine, just a few clouds. looks like a great day overall. wind oaf the ocean will keep the temperatures to upper 70s. thursday looking good too, we start with sun, end with sun. high pressure slipping off the coast. we're going to warm things up a bit on thursday. notice there's some green showing up on the map but no thunderstorm risk at least it will be confined to central and northern new england on thursday. highs today well below average. we should be in the low 80s. we'll be much cooler than that at the coastline, just like yesterday. mid-70s. we do come up to 75, near 80 for places like manchester. partly cloudy tonight, cooler than this morning. we dip into the 50s in intub ushz. highs tomorrow will be warmer, especially in inland we'll be running in the mid-80s for many

. it is 4:53 right now on tuesday morning. we'll check our top stories for you. a south boston summer camp will reopen this morning following a tragic death of a boy last week. the city met privately with parents last night. they underwent a full at a of training. life preservers for all kids in the water and added security cameras. seven-year-old kyzrli drowned last tuesday after he wandered off unnoticed. a pregnant woman are now being told to stay away from parts of florida. the cdc issued the travel warning yesterday after more than a dozen cases of the zika virus were found in winwood which is a small community in northern miami. the red cross says 20 people are displaced this morning after a fire. it started on the second floor of an apartment building on warren street just before 9:30 last night.

they estimate damage around $350,000. a somerset family is out of their home again after the second devastating fire in just three months. their home caught fire back in may. they moved into a trailer on their property and that's where they were last night when another even more damaging fire broke out. as you can see from the video, family members say they're not losing hope. they'll stay in i arented trailer for now and rebuild. >> this happening is just, it a lot better than we did the first time. our lives were normal as it could be in that tiny trailer. >> officials say arson is not the likely cause of either fire at the home. but they're still investigating exactly how these fires started. two men facing multiple charges accused of being part of an atm robbery operation across new england. the pair went before a judge yesterday. investigators say david barker and he have ran montero was also

year. they allegedly stole more -- in addition to the break ins, the two men targeted atms in massachusetts, new hampshire, is maine, and vermont. a mother and her new baby girl are doing well after a crash in new hampshire that threatened both of their lives. police say caitlin and brad fournier their suv was hit saturday afternoon in bun barton when another driver ran a stop sign. caitlin was 37 part of her leg was severed. her husband threw off his seat belt and told a good samaritan to make a tourn kit. >> it's on my leg, that freaked me out. then i just started screaming that i'm pregnant. >> caitlin had an emergency c-section to deliver olivia. ma made her two weeks early weighing six pounds, five ounces. the couple's 5-year-old daughter was also in the car. everyone is doing okay. the sounds of gunshots in
