the home and as for the eight cats alive, they will eventually be up for adoption. the two sisters are out of the hospital and staying with family. fire crews say one single cigarette sparked this massive apartment fire in charlestown last month taking eight hours to contain the blaze which spread to two other buildings. everyone escaped in time but five firefighters were hurt. developing right now in the tropics, bearing down on believes -- police -- this is a strong storm compared to the ones we have seen this season. they have all been much weaker. the 11:00 advisory, seven mile- per-hour wind -- 70 mile-per- hour winds and it should be making landfall over the next 30 minutes. this will be moving inland, weakening as it does so

martin is in charge of the state's department of entire -- environmental protection and commends cities like boston which have an aggressive program to help owners -- to help homeowners replace lines. but the i-team found many communities are not publicly sharing the locations of lead service lines. after surveying dozens of communities, we found 1200 service lines. the westwood court reporting about 700 and malden has thousands. >> the cities and towns have had these for decades. that is so disheartening to me. >> reporter: the i-team has learned the federal government sends a letter urging transparency but the state did not share that with cities and towns until five months later on the very same day the i-team call to ask about it here the
