that happened in a ciewrl area in is a bastion county -- a man is facing charges in a deadly fight with a friend. >> and the victim's mother tells us this was a horrible dent. anna meiler is live in gardner with more. anna. >> reporter: thomas maxwell face aggravated assault and battery charges arraigned any moment. here's a look at the crime street. bliss called here around 7 last night for reports of an unresponsive man you can see the crime tape in the backyard from the investigation. police say a 32-year-old man died after a physical altercation with maxwell. the victim's mother was next door to the house where it occurred and she says her son was very close family friends with the suspect and this was a horrible accident.

want to get you to video of where this started. it started on main street police say when they received the first call around 5:15 in the evening from an office building there. a woman reported she was raped at knife point. about 15 minutes later, another situation a kidnapping and carjacking. the victim in that case was face timing with her boyfriend at the time she says she was grabbed around the neck forced into her vehicle and sexually assaulted while the suspect dr passenger seat. police say that vehicle was involved in a hit-and-run crash before the victim was able to escape the car. the suspect ran off as well to this denny street location where police say he barged his way in through a locked door by breaking the glass. police say several women were inside along with several small children, many running to the bathroom for safety. it was very early on in this

when it gets up to 70 or higher it's oppressive and we will be there in the zone here for much of the time. perhaps not every minute but much of the time we will have dew points 70 or higher for the next three or four days at least. the southerly wind is blowing at 14 miles an hour. so, these are the temperatures with ought the cloud cover only lower #0s. it got up to 79 in boston earlier this -- 70s. it got up to 79 in boston earlier this morning. it's 80 in burlington and 80s afternoon we may warm up a little more. but the temperatures where the sun is out is in the 80s. and these are the dew points. they are in the upper or70s for- 70s to the south. we will have the the humid air and we have the rain now there's a rain falling in boston mostly light to some moderate rain but still as we showed you a little while ago, there's heavy rain here near and south of the mass pike.

mass pike. so areas south of boston will get heavy rain as you can see this moving through in the next few hours. maybe some-- a couple rumbles of thunder but not much lightning with it at all. the main batch moves by we get a few scattered showers or thunderstorms forming and indeed it will brighten more off to the northwest by late this afternoon and a few breaks of sun before the sun comes out and sets. and fenway park it's 71 right looks like most of the rain should have gone away and there's just remote ris -- just a remote risk of a shower by first pitch. the game should be on and it's going to be hot and sticky tomorrow night for the final game in the series with the yankees. rainfall chances over the next few days not much of any chance tomorrow, but 50% chances on friday and saturday. and thunderstorms approach but the percentage chance probability is going to be much higher farther and north of

going up on sawn monday. temperatures for tomorrow going into the 90s. areas west northwest of boston it's going feel like 100 degrees or so tomorrow afternoon when you couple in the oppressive humidity. consequently the national weather service has a heat advisory in many metro west communities especially northwest of boston for tomorrow afternoon away from the southerly breeze. beaches tomorrow is going to be really hot. south facing beaches is the coolest and we have a high tide coming up early in the morning and early in the evening and it's going to be really first preseason game down at gillette stadium around 90 degrees at kick off. how about that. tomorrow, it's really going to be sizzling. and that's not the end of the we will be several more days to follow. the only question mark is on sunday, will we have big cooling coming in from the ocean and will it happen first thing in the morning or hold up until middle in the afternoon? if it does we get up to the low 90s before the cooling occurs. but in any event you have hot stuff so take it easy.
