uber driver charge with rape colapped in court as prosecutors laid out the case. darnell booth took a 16 yoarl to a parking lot climbed into the back seat and sexually assault her and then they say he drove her as the charges were read, booth dropped his head and then fell to the ground. shortly there after he was heard crying a judge order him held he until at least next week. uber says he is banned from driving for the service but has not said yet if he had a background check before he was hired. prosecutors say he has a long criminal record. when thof the honor guard take vets to the final resting place.
