news at 11:00. now at 11:00, breaking news out of boston, a driver crashing into several people trying to cross the road, and we've learned the victims include a little girl, her dad, and a man in a wheelchair. >> let's get right to louisa who's live on the scene. >> reporter: well, a very active scene here at still collecting evidence. that's the car that struck the three pedroias. we saw -- pedestrians. we saw an officer taking a picture inside of it. there's also shattered glass on the windshield presumably from where the accident happened. police say it all started around 8:30 when the car struck little girl and a 22-year-old

severe head and face injuries. the driver, i'm told did not leave the scene. he did stop, and we've seen him talking with police much of this evening. police shut down blue hill at sever and started talking to witnesses and collecting evidence. i also just very briefly spoke with a family member who toldn'i burs saying his step father, his little sister and their friend in a wheelchair were walking across the street here to go to the bus when they were hit by the car. the police officer allegedly told him the car sped up to make a red light, and his step father pushed his little sister out of way, possibly saving her life. they're all three in the hospital now, that family member telling me his step father is in critical condition. all of this still under

more questions about at the time private e-mail server. some congressional republicans want to know why the fbi didn't recommend clinton face criminal charges. on monday they sent a letter to the dc us attorney outlining evidence of what they call perjury and false statements by clinton when she testified about her e-mail server last october. the fbi released notes from its interview with clinton to congress tuesday with the expectation it will not be clinton's camp said it would rather see the report released to the public rather than partisan lawmakers saying it was sought solely by republicans to further second guess the career professionals at the fbi. based on the fbi's recommendation, the justice department declined to press charges and considers the case closed. >> trump meanwhile is preparing to receive his first classified intelligence briefings,
