how composed they seem. kate merrill is live with more. >> reporter: investigators pulled ryan lochte's teammates jack conger and gunnar bentz from their flights to the united states and the united states olympic committee confirms the swimmers have been detained but they offer few other details. >> reporter: this surveillance camera video shows ryan lochte and three other members of the u.s. swim team returning to the athletes' village in rio sunday morning. after ryan lochte says left a party and were robbed by men posing as police. >> pulled us over. they pulled out their guns. they told the other -- [ indiscernible ] >> reporter: rio police went to the athletes' village looking to question them. a judge ordered their passports seized. she says ryan lochte claims they were robbed by one person

when she was hit she was taking her dinner break from her job. now she needs help too over coming the anger that a driver left her injured on the ground. >> it would be nice if maybe she would come up, come forward. >> reporter: police are looking at surveillance video. the driver is a middle aged woman with blond hair an reporting live, katie brace, wbz news. >> thank you. new tonight at 11:00 p.m. police arrested a convicted sex offender for flashing women again. police telling wbz news that chad falcone exposed himself to two women near his home yesterday and he is a level 2 sex offender with a long history of exposing himself dating back to 1989.

>> reporter: free time, a turn of fate that sent the probation officer to this housing complex. she arrived expecting to find her client and her baby. instead she heard this. >> before i knocked i heard a baby crying. i continued to knock. then knocked again. and louder. and he just was screaming. >> reporter: the baby inside, no sign of mom, she saw each window was closed. on a hot july day. >> i am thinking okay, it is 90 degrees. you know, this baby is in the house with no air and no circulation. >> reporter: then she called 911. officers broke in by knocking out the ac unit. she found the little one sweaty and soaked in urine. >> relieved. he stopped crying immediately.

>> reporter: mom returned home and was arrested for child endangerment that incident could have been much worse. >> i was doing my job and in the right place at the right time. i am thankful for that. >> reporter: sadly probation officers across the state are seeing an uptick in child abuse and neglect there have been 661 cases just last month. louisa moller, wbz news. back to you. >> great, great work by that officer. thank you. tonight police are investigating a child's death in new hampshire. officers say they responded to a 911 call and found the two- year-old girl unresponsive. there will be an autopsy now to determine how she died. homeowners cleaning up but
