the care of his babysitter. dcs officials were at the home. and they have not said whether charges will be filed. the investigation is underway. and the office right now is a i waiting results of an autopsy. prosecutors in the aaron hernandez case can look at his cell phone. that phone y the upcoming double murder trial. while police were investigating for the odin lloyd trial, hernandez gave that phone to his lawyer. a woman who hit three people was driving without a license. she faced a judge today on charges, including leaving the scene of that accident.

in the neck and took off. anna meiler has the report. >> reporter: the popular sports bar turned into a crime scene. a 31-year-old man from woburn was stabbed in the next and the suspect took off on a motorcycle. >> reporter: he went to the bar to watch the patriots game and never made it inside. >> i went back to my hotel because it was crowded. did some work and went to bed. >> reporter: he's glad he turned around. police rushed to the restaurant at 1:00 in the morning where they found a man with stab wounds and a pool of blood. the victim is in critical condition. investigators blocked off part of the parking lot with crime tape and spent several hours collecting evidence. the director of operations says
