the 80s. humidity starts to move up. all ahead of the next weather system and this one will bring us a chance for a couple of showers. as for this evening. a milder one than we've seen for the last couple. looking around the area, 63 for a low in worcester. 69 in boston. and 65 in hyannis. it will be a warmer start and a warmer day. a southwesterly breeze at 10 to 20. and higher gusts near the water. that will temper the heat a little bit. and the dew points are rising into the low 60s. you'll notice more of the mugness. and we'll see increasing clouds as we head to tomorrow evening. highs upper 80s to low 90s expected for most of us. middle 80s central massachusetts and lower 80s at

mid-70s in some areas right now. looking at the cape forecast. tomorrow a beautiful beach day. friday a slight chance of a shower or a storm. much more humid and then near 80 both days. here's the overall pattern. showers approaching tomorrow. and most of these will dry up in the afternoon. we might see a couple develop in the middle of the night. that would be a good thing if we can squeeze out a little bit of activity. and a chance for a couple more showers and storms friday afternoon. if you have outdoor plans, very hit or miss in nature. once the front passes, the weekend says it all. we're looking at 80s, sunshine, a little cooler. and a beautiful pair of days for anything outdoors. i also want to talk about the tropics. we have this wave that's moving towards puerto rico this evening. it has strong winds, gusting 50 to 60 miles per hour at times.
