did some good things in the kicking game. missed field goals and took advantage of a couple opportunities offensively and turned the ball over on defense. rutgers came through for us. so we have lot of things to work on and things we can do better but i thought there was progress tonight. if we can build on that and build on that for turn towards arizona. so, good warm day night rather conditioning was good. we needed that so i think we learned a lot tonight and hopefully we have our football team. skills and cyrus has shown the ability to do that and did it tonight and has done it in the other games as well where we couldn't give him enough space to get started. so i thought the guys on the gunners did a good job of keeping them off him and letting him get a chance to get started. you know in the end that's probably one of the key plays in the game. the field position give us a opportunity to you know, tack on the extra touchdown and turn that when we needed. it was a good run but really good blocking by the return team as well. you have to give them a lot of credit too. i thought we covered kicks well, probably the best coverage game we have had again against a good team a physical hold up team and the quality returners and that's a good test for us.

>> carolina doesn't play a lot of single coverage single high coming. coverage they do it a few times a game and play quarters coverage a few times a game when we get the opportunities we talk about going up on them and we did a couple times and that's the one we hit and it was good to see us take advantage and convert that. we hit one last year to dobson and it was when they give you that opportunity you know you don't get many against the guys and then you make them count. good throw good catch. outside and you don't want to run pass him but you can't run through the tackles either so you got to you know you have to keep working and stay on the move and you know keep fighting. it's a tough battle against the guys. [ inaudible ] >> yeah he did. yeah. he was in coverage. i know a lot of guys were on 6 guys. i don't know. but, yeah, got his hand on it and you know got it up to somebody who could run with it. it was a good move and got a good return and he got a good return on his ball so you know it was not a big turnovers but we gained position after we got the ball so.

[audio not understandable] how much pride do you take in going 6 quarters. >> well that's first up you know you have to make good decisions and everything and pretty important if you don't turn the ball over you give your team a good chance to go in. when the defense is playing like they played today three interceptions like that it really helps you in field position and aspect. >> how hard will you on yourself when it comes to critiquing yourself. >> as hard as it comes. i have to watch the film and i can't tell you everything i did wrong or right but i will check out the film and you know things we didn't do right we will get corrected and in a quick time frame we have two weeks until regular season hits and we will get the things corrected.

>> what was it like going up against the defense. >> they are a heck of a defense. one of the best in the league i say and it shows. they played well and they really don't have any flaws in the defense. when you are playing a defense like that you can't make mistakes. you have to go out and do what you can. >> after being leaving and going back in where you able to pick up tom bringing forward into going back in? >> you know little things here and there. i mean, just kind of you get see the film on the sideline and we got to see it today with the surface pro and all that and that's helpful you get to watch film on the sidelines. so, yeah you pick up little things here and there what their coverage is doing and i was in there before so i had a
