police say they arrived on the scene early saturday to find kapp standing in the road directing police to an injured victim in the street and then to his vehicle which was deep into the woods. 18-year-old austin robbins was inside the vehicle. prosecutors say the efforts to revive him were unsuccessful. they also pointed to the level of intoxication for kapp saying he admitted to speeding and he admitted to fo that he had at fitchburg state a party there -- fitchburg state a party there and he was showing off. those being his words. i can also tell you prosecutors say kapp was taken to the police station and found a fake id and they say his level of intoxication showed there is well with sarcasm where he allegedly said my fake id has never failed me. i can tell you that he is a student at the boston

a risky rescue a new jersey transit officer is trying to paul man off the tracks as the train approaches. the officer is struggling with the man and he winds up pulling him off the tracks and to train barrels through the area. two brothers are facing first degree murder charges in chicago accused of killing the cousin of nba star dwyane wade. the two shot the 32-year-old on friday as she pushed her baby in a stroller. investigators say the brothers missed their intended target and hit her instead. they were both out on parole. police are trying to figure out what set off a deadly brawl at cornell university.
