trapping at exit 26. drivers are diverted into the airport on a service road and back to 1s past the scene. state police are investigating. no word when they will clear the scene. chris and kate. >> thank you. also breaking overnight crews on the scene of a fire in allston flames broke out around 12:30. the fire was spreading inside the walls at one point everyone was ordered out. firefighters are working to put out hot spots. officials say displaced and none hurt. but one firefighter is being treated for a back injury and damage is estimated at 1 million dollars. we have a crew out at the scene and we will bring you the latest as soon as we get it. a 17-year-old from troveland -- groveland areted -- arrested accused of making a threat against his high school arrested. he was holding what appeared to be a gun and referencing the first day of school which is

pentucket regional high school the middle school and four elementary school and the security plan is normal and schools are safe todaych steen is-- the teen is held without bail and will be arraigned in juvenile court later today. a officer has been cleared of wrongdoing in the shooting of a man last month. this is the man shot. 27-year-old michael clark. investigators with the district torn's office say police have been chasing clark when he officer shot clark and the da says the use of force was justified both clark and the officer survived. now to campaign 2016, donald trump heading to mexico. he made the announcement on twitter last night he accepted an invitation to meet with mexico's president as he gets ready to deliver a major speech on immigration later on today. hillary clinton e-mail scandal getting new attention.

deal. we say good-bye to august and it's starting out a little on the cool side in some outlying locations again this morning. mid to upper 60s around boston so it's going to be a warm day going to school today as the temperatures go well into the 80s. doesn't look like it will hit 90 because of so much cloud cover. it looks like it should be around 86 for an overage high 80 at south facing coastal locations including the outer part of cape ann. so at water it looks like it's going to be mainly in the 80s be mid-80s. water temperatures dropped and i know this for sure because i went in swimming and doing body surfing the last couple days with a strong offshore wind. the water got really cold at east coastal beaches compared to what it was and south facing beaches are warm. water temperatures mostly in the 60s some around cape cod around the low to middle 70s. watch a lot of cloud cover come in today and therefore it's going to cut down the amount of bright sunshine and the temperature will be cut down by

bright and sunny all day we would hit 90 or 91. we are watching showers and doesn't hook like anything happens in boston until well after midnight and tomorrow morning, we get the showers and they will expand into showery rains and maybe scattered thunderstorms especially in southern new england and southeastern massachusetts by late in the day and then it clears out and coming up for friday. so that's it let's look at the high temperatures around the area and look first of all national hurricane center in the next 15 minutes to he see what's happening with -- see what's happening with this potentialtropical storm as of last night at 11 it was just a depression. but likely will be named hermine today and therefore what happens as it curls back to new england. that's a possibility that could happen starting late sunday, monday which would bring wind and rain into southeastern massachusetts at least. it is still up in the air and we need to look at the charts
