season. >> they taste good. >> reporter: i agree. they do taste great. interesting things. even without rainfall, the apples will still grow, and check ahead and see what kind of stock they have. weather is hyper local, so depending on what side of the hill you're on and how cold it was, and if you have the storms and downpours. so you will find a wide variety depending on short distances even in one down in north andover. one farm may be doing better than other. expect a smaller crop and plenty of apples. and another thing to look for, david and lisa, a cold snap. if we get colder air, we'll color up as everyone heads out this fall.
