we'll follow this story for you. the intense investigation in new york city. a pressure cooker was brown up tonight it was found blocks away from where a bomb went off injured 29 people. this is just coming in. sources say that five people have been taken into custody. possibly in connection with the blast. the man hunt continues for the suspects who planted the explosive device. rick reports from manhattan. >> surveillance footage captures the moment a pressure cooker bomb police believe injured 29 in the chelsea area of manhattan. a second pressure cooker was found four blocks away. >> was it political? personal? we do not know that. >> the governor noteded at a press -- noted at a press conference that no terrorist group had claimed

paul burton reports the scene has brought a chill to many in massachusetts. >> state officials say so far there is no massachusetts kektss to the new york bombing saturday night. charlie baker says he has spoken with public safety officials in new york and massachusetts. >> as of right now there doesn't appear to be any particular guidance coming from them with respect to where this originated from. obviously it's me paying close attention to. >> we're taking precautions to make sure everyone is okay. it's a horrible situation. >> a second explosive device, apparently an improvised one was found four blocks away from the first one. for many here it's a reminder of the 2013 boston marathon bombings. >> there's a bomber on the loose right now. and that's a very bad situation to be in for the police officials.

a teen who was struck and killed by a commuter train identified. >> transit police say 14-year- old eli pilat was walking along the tracks when he was hit. he was a ninth grader at lincoln sudbury regional high school. th his death remains under investigation. counselors will be available at the high school for students and staff. a man has died after a scuba incident in nahant. vinicius vianna was killed after he ran out of oxygen and was thrown against the rocks. the nahant harbor master pulled the 38-year-old out of the water. a second diver was rescued.

front that's going stall out over new england over the next 24 hours giving us the repeated rain chances as we go through the hour by hour timeling. overnight tonight we continue to see some spotty shower chances over the course of the next several hour sdps going into -- and going into actually your tuesday morning. we'll see showers on the capon islands. projected rainfall through monday looks like anywhere from the trend has been overproducing and being generous on how much rain we could see. what really accumulates tends to be a lot less. we're in drought conditions so it's going to be tough to get the good total. hopefully you get a good soaker over your house. dew point 720 degrees.
