. now at 11:00, exclusive video of the bombing suspects and the charges he is facing tonight. tom brady about the injury and his chances of getting back on the field this thursday. the under cover video raising concern about food safety. this now at 11:00, the suspect moments before the bombing in new york now that he is captures investigators want to know if he acted alone. and the attempted murder for the shoot out with police. the fingerprint was the first clue before the police sent out the urgent warning.

sometimes when they hit triple digits. these guys loaded meat and eggs and it was close to an hour before they finished unloading. this man empties his cart and went in for another errand. >> the man has been sitting in the trunk for 13 minutes and the car hasn't pulled in the lot yet. >> this had lettering from restaurant's white mountains. >> we know as the temperature goes warm temperature and multiply rapidly. they require hazardous food like meat to be 41 degrees or below. a doctor of nutrition told us anything above that is considered the danger zone. the rule of thumb the food should be in the danger zone for no more than 2 hours if it is 90 degrees or higher outside no more than one hour.

towards south eastern massachusetts, then we'll see that drying trend from west to east as the day goes on. becoming partly sunny at luncheon time, with increasing -- worcester, 82 degrees, lawrence, 85, 79. very steam minute for this time of the year. then the humidity starts to go down tomorrow night. high pressure builds in we're looking at warm, very sa thursday. we'll have a lot of sun still again way above average for temperature but the humidity is just not going to be a big factor. look at the temp trend, 80s tomorrow, thursday, and friday, before cooler air works in for the weekend. so there is some fall in the forecast. thursday night football, patriots, warm, dry, 75 degrees, even at 8:30 kickoff which is a couple hours after sunset. after a humid day tomorrow
