>> reporter: police hope to have the fence built before the snow flies. jim smith, wbz news. the video here is shocking. an unarmed black man was shot and killed by a white police officer in tulsa, oklahoma, and tonight, the family of the victim is calling for criminal charges. david wade has details. >> reporter: paula, the police chief said that the man had no weapon on him. why did officers fire? that is the cr investigation and tulsa city officials are promising transparency.video from a police helicopter shows 40-year- old terence crutcher, walking to his suv, hands in the air as officers surround him. they were responded to a stalled -out vehicle. >> it's being belowing traffic. >> there was nobody around it.

a holocaust memorial in a milton seem contrary vandalized. a food stool is all that remains. the artist created the memorial for his very who died in the holocaust and he is calling this a memorial's message to more people. >> i know where my father died. i don't know where my sister and mother died but they were together. >> reporter: so after he escaped the holocaust as a child, he created this memorial for his young sister miriam, a bronze sculpture with the star
