>> bill shields has late- breaking details on this. bill? >> reporter: you can see behind me the land rover is still on warren street. we are told that the land rover was stolen from jamaica plain, stolen and 5 young people were in the car and it crashed. one person has died and four have been hospitalized. >> all right. we got a stolen it's going towards wash park. >> reporter: the land rover was southbound on warren in rocks -- roxbury when it slammed into this van and flipped. the van was driven by brenton forbes. >> i saw police get a guy, a small-looking guy. that's all i know. >> reporter: do you know if there was a young child in the car that hit you? >> i have no idea.

catch a woman step off the curb right in front of an oncoming duck boat. >> the video, they say, proves that the driver was not at fault in the case. >> reporter: lisa and david, it happened at this busy intersection where one witness tells me he too often sees poor judgment by the pedestrians and the drivers. it almost looks like a slow motion, a woman and a duct on wednesday morning. the video released reveals that the woman does not appear to look out at the street or enter a crosswalk before she is struck by the duck boat. >> i just saw people gathering right there, looking that way. >> reporter: it's just the latest in a series of incidents involving the city tour company. in april, a moped was crushed by a duck boat killing the 28-

kickoff, low 70s and 60s by the end of the game tomorrow night. and then we'll track changes. the first half of the day, sunshine tomorrow and we'll warm up into the 80s. but as we head through the afternoon, it's back to a cold front. and notice by 2:00, we're already in the 60s across much of new hampshire. i think the sea coast and cape ann will be the first spots to cool and get into cloud cover of us are in the 50s and 60s and the cooling process will continue. the first half of the day will feel like summer. by the time you head home, chillier air and the trend will continue for the weekend. we'll start with cloud cover on saturday and then dew points will lower and wind out of the

autumn. on sunday, a cool breeze, a sign that autumn is taking control. so morning clouds on saturday and highs in the upper 60s. sunday, highs in the 60s, and we haven't had that since may, a long time coming. the dew points on sunday and monday will be in the 30s which means temperatures might jumpstart the fall foliage. the combination of saturday, sunday, and monday night will really get things rolling. as we look to next week, the accu-weather 7 day, 60s is sunday, monday, and tuesday and the drought monitor next week will show more dry conditions. we cannot buy water around
