up this early. it's not just me and i am usually out running. no i am sleeping but apparently tonight i am out running here. it was a sign in the stands that said no brady no jimmy no problem apparently somebody knew houston had no chance. the texans put up a doughnut and jacoby brissett gets a win in the first nfl start. to the highlights and pats and texans thursday night under the lights. pats up 3-0 and kick textas and brissett calls his number he had 8 carries for 28 yards on the night. and 10-0 a the break and closed it'd out blount does the hon -- it out and blount does the honors: 41 yards of pay dirt. two touchdowns on night. pats win with ease. they beat texans 27-0. bill

demonstrations. >> the protests in response to the deadly officer-involved shooting of a black man on tuesday. yesterday the family of the man keith lamont scott watched body camera footage and dash cam video. lawyer says it doesn't clearly show whether scott had anything in his hands when he was shot. police said he had a gun. the family wants the police to release it to the public but the police chief argues doing so could undermined the investigation. in oklahoma a white police officer who shot and killed an ar manslaughter charges. dash cam and helicopter video shows terence crutcher walk away with his arms in the air when betty shelby shot him in tulsa and her attorney says crutcher was not following police orders and reached into his suv when shelby fired the single shot. new overnight a civilian traffic officer working a construction detail in lexington was hit by a vehicle around tha happened around

and the driver did stay at the scene to get help. the man that was hit will be okay. he went to the hospital with a leg injury. developing news now in stoughton police are looking for three suspects in a shooting in a cvs. an 18-year-old was shot in the upper arm shoulder area while standing in the check out line. witnesses told police three men walked into the store argued with the teen and then shot him. police say though it was not random. >> i a brazen act. this were people in the store and there were other people. >> stoughton high school canceled evening events and urged students to stay home and safe. investigators have not been able to question the man suspect in the new york and new jersey bombings because of his injuries. the fbi says ahmad rahami has been unconscious and incubated for most of the time since undergoing surgery. cbs news learned rahami might

targeted in advance. his wife is back in the united states and she is said to be cooperating with investigators right now. they have not said whether she is considered a suspect. a warning this morning if you have a yahoo e-mail account the company dealing with a massive security breach and what could be the largest cyber attack ever. hackers reportedly accessed e- mail addresss phone numbers birth dates and passwords of 500 million users. all users are told to change their passwords not just on yahoo but any account with a similar password. and first lady michelle obama may the victim of a cyber attack a scab of her -- scan of her passport was posted online and vice president joe biden's travel plans they won't confirm whether the information is authentic only that they are taking the investigation seriously. coming up on wbz,
