late but often bounced. >> we're living paycheck to paycheck too. >> reporter: and these documents also reveal her own financial difficulties, facing four federal tax liens and owing more than $200,000. the state says it was never informed of a significant tax lien, which is another violation. she's been cited for inadequate staffing and supplies for children. an inspection of one location revealed dead rodents in kitchen area. >> just how everything was carried out, like in terms of how they handled the situation. >> reporter: the state says the owner can keep this location open while she appeals but they have frozen enrollment, meaning she cannot bring in any new children. the weekend is here and the sun sounds like it will be in

morning. hurricane matthew now a category 4. we'll track that from the national hurricane center and let you know when we could see the sun in the seven- day forecast, coming up in a few minutes. a little boy's uncle is now charged with trying to kill him. 21-year-old taj mcdonald called 911 yesterday to say he killed his nephew. when officers arrived the assaulted. tonight a family is grieving and looking for answers in the death of a 7- year-old boy. kyzr willis drowned in a day camp over the summer. >> two months later, the family says they are still waiting on answers from the city. >> reporter: boston police released a statement saying his death was caused by accidental

filed a freedom of information request with boston police. but the family says they have received no response. >> this is a devastated family. we're hurt. we want answers. >> reporter: the grief is still intense, more than two months since that terrible july day when 7-year-old kyzr willis drowned at carson beach while attending a summer program at the curley community center. now the family is demanding answers and they say police haven't given them any. >> they don't even know who was the last person to see him that day. they know nothing about how that child died. information that's been gathered by the police department is in the hands of the city of boston and they have failed to provide it. >> reporter: relatives summed up the family's feelings. >> we understand it was ruled an accidental drowning. that's fine.

special interests that oppose question 2 claim district schools lose money to charter schools. that's "absurd," says the boston herald. school student switched from a private school to a public school. >> the schools worked out a transfer and it was approved by a judge. but tonight this highly recruited player is having trouble getting on the field. 18-year-old kevin menza back in court, sidelined from starting. he transferred to shepherd hill for fiia hopes of a better student- athlete opportunities for college. the star running back missed two of his first games. eventually both schools wrote letters supporting his eligible. the miaa ruled he won't be allowed to play because he didn't meet the requirement standards. >> it's being done primarily for school choice and for academic reasons. >> reporter: last week a judge

it going to get? right now it's strengthening fast. it is now category 4, 140-mile- an-hour winds and moving west southwest at 9 miles an hour. it has a defined eye center and it will continue to be strong through the weekend. then it takes a turn toward jamaica and could have a devastating effect there as a category 3 and continuing to the bahamas as a cate after that, this cone of uncertainty means we have a lot of uncertainty. could the center be out the sea? this is what we're keeping a close watch on. for us, we're dealing with the rain. it's going to be a washout for some from time to time. satellite and radar shows heavy rain falling in boston and medford, and to the west along the mass pike. maybe you have friends and family stuck in mass transit.

along the south shore here, very wet. as we zoom out, we have breaks in the rain near cape cod, but additional showers move in overnight. the same thing is going to occur with wave after wave of rain, clouds, fog, wind and chilly temperatures. here we go. overnight tonight, 11:00 p.m., scattered showers and some heavy pockets of rain. for saturday morning a soaking rain through and evening. farther inland, you could see more breaks than along the coast here. sunday morning, things start to let up. we'll have some fog and drizzle. doesn't look like we'll see the wall of steady rain for sunday, and plenty of opportunities between the rainfall. projected for saturday night, we'll have 1 to 3 inches beneficial rain. that's going to put a dent in the drought conditions we have
