serious injuries. and just before midnight a stabbing on blue avenue. police say the victim walked to the police station nearby and is being treated for serious injuries. no arrests have been made. vigil will be held tonight for 5 high school students killed in a wrong way crash in vermont. police say they were on their way home from a concert when a wrong way driver slammed into their car. their car caught fire and while a police officer trying to put out the flames way driver steve bin burgoin stole the officer's cruiser causing a second crash hitting 8 cars on the same stretch of highway. witnesses described the scene. >> i wish i had some way i could help somebody because standing there seeing a car full of people go up in flames it doesn't feel good to be -- feel helpless when you're standing there. >> all victims were juniors in high school. crisis counselors

. a 9-year old girl shot at a playground. this morning boston police are asking for help to find those responsible. that little girl was at a family party in roxbury. it was around 1 sunday morning when several gunshots were fired. a bullet hit her in the back. she was taken to the hospital but is expected to recover. just 2 hours earlier a deadly shooting in roxbury. police say it happened on columbus avenue around 11 saturday night. 19-year old man. hurricane matthew drenched the carolinas with record-breaking rainfall this weekend, the storm now blamed for at least 19 deaths in the states and that number could go up. north carolina's governor warns the dangerous flooding could last into next week. morning a million homes and businesses lost power and
