it was a very cold start this morning. a live look over the city of boston right now where it is shaping up to be a lovely fall day and we're in for a great stretch of weather this week. >> danielle, we were talking earlier might not need the fall jacket this afternoon. >> it's pretty comfortable. the biggest difference is that the wind is not nearly as strong as it was yet. and that does make it feel a little bit better. check out 26 degrees was the morning low in norwell, it was a cold start but we made quite a rebound by 30 or more degrees in several spots already and we'll gain a few more between now and the end of the day. 59 in boston right now, wind is fairly light so this does make it feel a little warmer. most of us 55 to 60 degrees with a cloudless sky,

we'll get a few passing clouds that come into the mix overnight tonight but that is about it. there's not a ton going on. a few showers in the great lakes and some of the shower activity is going to arrive as we head into our thursday. so tonight is quiet. it won't be as cold tomorrow we start with sun and clouds another beautiful fall day. mid to upper 60s, a few spots will come close to 70, thursday a bit different. notice the map thursday morning low clouds in place, with but should be a dry start for your morning commute, then by the afternoon a few breaks of sun come out out ahead of this front. the front does have showers with it but watch what happens, 5, 6:00 they'll be light worcester county back in through central new hampshire but they lose a little bit as they come east so maybe a passing shower or 2. then we clear back out on friday and that's a new area of high
