hurricane nicole is going for bermuda and the storm has winds of 100 miles per hour. nicole could strengthen more before reaching bermuda tomorrow morning. at the same time president obama has declared a major disaster area in south carolina. that means that federal money will be available to cover some of the damage from hurricane matthew. fema is working to get food, water, and other supplies to thousands of people impacted by severe flooding which could continue for several days. after hurricane matthew, airline customers are having problems getting their money back from ruined travel plans. sean silvester of writing a book not just his flight but flights 47 others traveling with him on spirit airlines to myrtle beach but sylvester canceled the trip but he was told that because the flight was still unscheduled, they would have to pay a $135 counts cancellation fee per person. we called spirit and the airline said that it would issue at all full refund. a local police department is hoping that taking a lighter approach it might put a get into that creepy clown raise. >> tough guy. by yourself?
