horrible. >> a hopkinton dad was scared to dead when he heard his 4- year-old, chase, had been hit by a car in the crosswalk. a pregnant woman and two children were struck on their way to the park. >> he's very scared. quiet-- >> investigators say a 61-year- old hopedale woman was stopped at the crosswalk to allow two mothers and five children to cross with strollers. she was rear ended and the pregnant mother -- >> i heard the tires squealing, the crash, and then the screaming of the kids and the mothers. >> neighbor joe -- heard the crash and came running outside to chase. >> i took him out, laid him on the ground. and tried to keep him as still as possible.

we're talking about record warmth tomorrow. barry burbank is here with all the news. >> today we were not close to the record, 89 set back in 1947. and the temperature oh, so high at 75. 14degrees above the average high for october, this date. it's crazy, it was beautiful all over the place. these were the observed highs across the region. and cape cod got in the middle it won't be that warm tomorrow. there'll be a gusty wind keeping it cooler. and the rest of the region will be warm. 80s in the ohio valley coming our way. the record high is 82 and the old high set back in '47. still going to be warm on wednesday, when does it turn cooler? and when do we get rain. the forecast is a few minutes

the drought left the reservoirs low. you can see the water level drastically down. 10milliongallons of water will cost the city $3.6 million each month that they have to do this. the water department says the city may have to buy supplies for the next three months. former president bill clinton was in new hampshire today. he was campaigning for his wife, crowds in honorover and in keen. >> mike pence says the media is rigging the election by writing critical stories of donald trump. and he urged people to monitor polling sites so that we can have a campaign we can all be proud of.

spots. it's not going to get all that cool. we don't have to use the heat of the air-conditioning. just one of those periods in the next couple of days. we'll see temperatures down a little bit but not where they should be. there's cold air in canada and eventually, that cold air will be plunging our way. first things first. and the warmer air is coming up tomorrow. it will be warmer tomorrow than today. we have clouds now and coming in from the west and showin this afternoon. and we've got more showers off to the northwest as you can see. here's what is going on. we have a few scattered showers breaking out in massachusetts. just a couple of spots where it's showing up but not all that much. if you open up the shot. this batch of showers contains lightning and thunder. and it's moving across lake ontario. and possibly down in parts of the region tonight. i'll show you why. let's look at the future cast.

and southern new hampshire and northeastern massachusetts. the batch of showers will be weakening over time. tomorrow we start with clouds and fog in spots and it should clear during the morning. and then a brief isolated shower. that's a cold front and it's not going to turn all that cold. it's going to be warm on wednesday, lows tonight. 58 to 62. and a few spots of fog in the morning and clouds, and then it warming up to the 70s and 80s. i'm going for a record high of 83 degrees back in 1947 it was 82. we dent get that, how about wednesday, i think we'll be in the upper 70s, almost 80 degrees. you might think about the beach. the high at 1:21. high tides over the next few days. the highest yearly tied occurring between november 14th

they may cause minor flooding. and some of the low lying locations may be closed because of the high tides. fortunately, we don't have strong winds to go with it. here's where all the warm weather is, coming our way for tomorrow. starting off with clouds and a brief shower and we get into the warm sector before the front starts to cool enjoy tomorrow, 83. and wednesday as well. some showers and turning cooler thursday and friday. and a cold win and a mix of sun and clouds. the babies born on the mass pike. and then great weather. and we get to celebrate the patriots win. >> is it possible he could miss the first four games and still
