be sited police say the woman was driving at least two kids door to door on marshall av when this happened. police say she stopped and spoke with a witness after she hit the kid before getting back into her car and driving away. saying one witness followed her and the officer eventually stopped her the child was taken to lowell general hospital. a new bedford police sergeant is recovering after being hit by a dirt bike this happened as police stopped and arrested a group of people who they say were riding vehicles on sidewalks while kids were trick or treating. the 9 people arrested are due in court this morning. a man is denying charges he raped a 19-year-old student in the parking lot of the high school. 44-year-old andy pleaded not guilty, prosecutors say the father of 5 texted last week the girl saying he bought her lunch and exposed himself and sexually assaulted her.
