dead in an apartment building. police believe she died between 5:00 and 7:00 yesterday morning. they're calling the death suspicious. they have identified her but have not released her name. also developing this morning hazmat crews called to a train derail meant. live in westford this morning where residents are being told to stay alert. >> reporter: chris, neighbors were ready to evacuate if locally sun, there were no -- lowell sun there were not any from any cars. you can see where they are derailed off of the tracks. 6 cars derailed around 8:30 last night. the cars were carrying a potentially flammable cleaning material prompting a hazmat response to the area. this was in the area of broadway and graniteville
