5:35. it's another mild day tomorrow. we'll time out rain. let's get you on the roads, though. >> reporter: good morning daniel. live look at the lanes as you make your way into the city, 95, 24, from route 4 are clear. route 1 and 93 look great. there is a closure on 128 in burlington. the on ramp thank you. breaking overnight police investigating two series crashes first in randolph, a car flipped on 93. a lot of emergency crews on the scene there. they are working to clear the road before the morning communicate. no word yet on injuries. in chelsea o car ended upn its side on spencer avenue just before midnight. we're hearing at least one person was trapped. no word on their condition or what caused the crash. ear following a developing

dead in an apartment building. police believe she died between 5:00 and 7:00 yesterday morning. they're calling the death suspicious. they have identified her but have not released her name. also developing this morning hazmat crews called to a train derail meant. live in westford this morning where residents are being told to stay alert. >> reporter: chris, neighbors were ready to evacuate if locally sun, there were no -- lowell sun there were not any from any cars. you can see where they are derailed off of the tracks. 6 cars derailed around 8:30 last night. the cars were carrying a potentially flammable cleaning material prompting a hazmat response to the area. this was in the area of broadway and graniteville

neighbors received a robo call telling them to prepare to evacuate. crews stabilized the cars and they will be getting the cars back on the tracks morning when there is more light. crews are down there working on them right now. there were no injuries involved in this incident, and the cause of the derail meant is under investigation. reporting live from westford ana miler wbz this morning. police searching for three masked women in a invasion. >>nicole jacobs is live in sterling this morning with the latest. >> reporter: kate, i just checked inside sterling police to find out if there had been any arrests overnight and we're told at this point there is no update in this investigation. the woman was not physically hurt. emotionally shaken, of course, but we're told she was able to free her hands from the duct tape and call police. the big house on the hill is where it happened just after

>>scary to be on your guard all the time. >> reporter: the woman inside, 70 years in her bedroom bound with duct tape. >>three mails masked up, glossed up, and they were all wearing black clothing. >> reporter: and would slight accent according to the victim. after entering through an unlocked door and staying for no more than 25 minutes. >>they held a knife to her throat, were demanding money and the location of a safe. there was no safe. >> reporter: the trio ransacked $1,000 and this black cadillac. it was later found about 6 miles away, but the suspects gone. >>very unnerving. it's supposed to be a safe neighborhood. >> reporter: the home was targeted police say, though now have help with outside surveillance and state police to find the men. >>nothing's shocking anymore. but you don't get home invasions in the town of sterling. >> reporter: again, we're told no arrests have been made at

take some time to process the entire house because it is so large, but certainly they're hoping anyone with information will come forward. rear life -- we're live in sterling wbz this morning. the family of a woman shot and killed in dorchester says she had just moved to boston. 36-year-old benin timothy and a boy were shot saturday afternoon. her husband came to boston from haiti this morning and they were working to start a new life for her children. >>she was younger than me, stronger than me. now that she's gone how many i going to -- how am i going to raise the kids? >>the association for haitian women in boston has started a go fund me page to pay for funeral costs. the shooting is still under investigation. two friends in the hospital right now with critical injuries. they were hit by a

crosswalk in front of city hall. the chief told us the 67-year-old, ma'am, and 71-year-old man were in from boston visiting friends. the truckdriver stayed on the scene and is not facing charges. investigators say a three-year-old was crushed to death by a vehicle her father was working on. the father was also taken to the hospital. the driver accused of hi lost her license. she hit the boy after the boy darted into the street. she checked on the child then took off. police arrested her not far from the scene. the boy is is expected to recover. gifts meant for families go up in flames. the cape cod military foundation branch in
